Every year SPIE has many conferences around the states, attend one of them and submit 6 papers. SPIE don't have strict rules (unlike IEEE) on number of references. This paper was published in Energy Express, a supplement to Optics Express, Tansu can make an express self citation. This paper has 16 self citation!
