Sleep adequately every night – Physical exhaustion can easily work your brain down. A fatigue body equals a tired brain too. Hence, the body needs enough rest if you want a sharp and agile mind all the time. Your mind needs to rest too. Adults typically require 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. As the old saying goes, sleep early and wake up early – that is always the best practice. People tend to accomplish more in the morning, so the best way is to wake up early every day.
