T iming is of crucial importance.Do not talk needlessly.Some people simply freeze , and some cannot sit down wh en t h ey got on t h eir feet totalk.Try to stick to prepared speec h .

Some questions during t h e presentationmigh t be difficult to answer, and it is bestto dispose of t h em politely, but quickly.

Th e amount of time required for a givenpresentation s h ould be determined in advance.As a general guide, one slide needs 1 - 1.5

minutes.So, if your presentation consists of 50 slidesand you allowed 30 minutes only, t h e deliveryh as to be rus h ed very muc h and you may notsucceed in conveying your message.
