Changes to Project Scope - Project needs to stay focused, change in project scope at any point of time will have impact on project time line. 2. 4~5 weeks of ABAP development is required in project. If ABAP resource is engaged in some other task/project then it will be challenging to meet the target dates. 3. Unavailability of Business Champion/Users4. Implementation of Solutions - This project will most likely require changes in the way of working as per existing process, extensive training and support may require before and after implementation.
