How to Host an Event | LifeVantage Overview

Recommended locations: A home, apartment, clubhouse, office, boardroom, restaurant, hotel or business. These are just a few ideas, the best location is a living room or den, relationships are key and personal atmosphere gives the best opportunity to develop strong relationships with your new business partners and customers.

Who to Invite: First make a list of anybody who is local to you. Think about those who are interested in health and wellness or could benefit from our cutting edge Nutrigenomic products. Make sure to add to your list: a) self-starters, b) influencers, c) teachable, coachable people, d) wellness and medical professionals, and e) social butterflies.

Realistic Expectations:!Of a list of 50 people, here’s an estimate of what to expect:25-30 will watch the ABC Primetime Report (www.ABCYellowPill.com).15-20 will confirm.7-10 will show up.Expect everyone to buy product!

Sample Schedule: **If you are “zooming” into a speaker to do the Overview, you may want to have it ready to go on your laptop/desktop as soon as the ABC Report is over. The first time you join a Zoom it can take minutes to download. Prepare for this ahead of time.6:30-6:40 – Guests arrive, network and introduce everyone to each other, sample products.6:40-6:43 – Share your story

6:43-6:55 – Introduce & Play the ABC Primetime Report6:55-6:59 – Bring up any product testimonials (if applicable) *short and sweet, 30 seconds each*6:59 – Introduce & Edify Speaker (regardless if in person or over Zoom) or Start Overview video or Start PowerPoint.

Room Set-up: -  Energy is critical!!! Have some fun music playing before people arrive. In a larger setting, it’s okay if guests have to talk a little bit over the music to hear one another - this increases the energy.  -  Don’t pre-set up too many seats. Grab extra seats as needed.-  Create a simple product display with your available stock or inventory from your Gold or Platinum Pack. Keep extra empty bottles from past orders for a bigger display.-  Sample axio (if in the marketplace), and have an open bottle of #4 Skin cream. People love to touch it, smell it and apply it.-  You’ll need a laptop + TV HDMI connect or a projector. Test out your equipment before people arrive. Do a trial run through of your meeting, make sure the ABC Video is playing smoothly and all presentations open just fine.-  Pen and paper for guests to take notes-  Applications for guests to join as a customer or a distributor.-  We love children and pets! They are adorable, but his is a business meeting and it’s important for someone to take care of them during the LifeVantage Overview.
