Selecting the launch icon to view the details of the IME referral, including claim details and attachments will acknowledge that you accept this referral from WorkCover Queensland.

Review claim information and download letters and attachments

Upon selecting download, you will be required to agree to a disclaimer that you are downloading this file which contains confidential and private information.

Finalise:

Upload report and finalise the referral

This will send the report back to WorkCover and you will be provided with a reference number for your upload.

Note: If you launch a claim from your appointments screen that is showing a pending status, it means that WorkCover have not yet sent the claim file through yet. Once WorkCover have submitted the claim file to you, you will receive a notification in your Inbox to advise you of this.
