Step 1:Go to West GA library home page.

Step 2:Option 1

Click live help 24/7 (located at the top left hand side of the page)

Scroll down and on the right hand side began typing in the text box

Option 1 Part 1

After clicking on” live 24/7 help” fill in the information on the left hand side of the page the press “Connect”

Option 1Part 2

After connecting you may began typing your question. You will immediately receive an response indicating who you are speaking to. From there you may proceed with getting help.

Option 2With this option you can immediately start chatting with a library worker and receive help from the homepage.

The Difference Between Option 1 & 2

• Option 1 allows you to have save of the conversation and send it to our provided mail, so in the future you will always have your acquired information on hand.

• Option 2 also allows quick responses with a UWG library representative. However the conversation are not saved
