DESCRIPTION

Connect to all kind of unstructured or structured source where your customers talk about you. Ask the right question. Semiotic is the next stage to improve semantic analysis. Semiotic analysis means that NathanApp is enabled to connect syntax, semantic and pragmatics in order to get a time and location weighted semantic statement.

Too much manual work after automatic classification!

Sometimes “bad” words are used in “good” context, but with traditional sentiment analytics those articles will be rated “bad”.

This is a big problem because there are so many incorrectly rated sentences. If thresholds are more sensitive the results are not accurate enough to be useful.

Traditional sentiment analysis

Analysis & Rules

Straight statistical, decision about Good or Bad

Traditional approaches just match word lists from the content with a good and bad wordlist, and decide from only that about NEG or POS sentiment.

Intelligent sentiment analysisNathanApp delivers ai-Fingerprint with the content semiotically rated.

Semiotic is the next stage to improve semantic analysis. Semiotic analysis means that NathanApp is enabled to connect syntax, semantic and pragmatics in order to get a time and location weighted semantic statement. *

* The same syntax in other context and/or location may have a totally different meaning! ai-one’s NathanApp LIB is addressing this fact and delivering a simple solution to solve that need.
