Getting a degree in Kazakhstan
Applicants for PhD or Doctor with specialty must publish at
least 7 (seven) papers which include
• at least 3 (three) papers in journals recommended by
national authority body
• at least 1 (one) paper in an international journal with
non-zero impact factor from Thomson Reuters’ Web
of Knowledge
• at least 3 (three) proceeding papers of international
conferences
