Take  your  sketchbook  and  draw  pictures  of  forms  and  textures.  

Meditate  in  a  park  and  lose  track  of  Ime  for  a  while.  

Watch  children  playing  at  the  park  and  carry  their  spirit  with  you  throughout  the  day.  

Enjoy  the  playfulness  of  your  pets  or  birds  flying  by.  

Listen  to  the  sounds  of  nature:    the  wind  blowing  in  the  trees,  whistling  of  birds.  

Sit  for  a  moment  on  a  bench,    close  your  eyes  and    

smell  the  scents  of  nature.
