How recognize if employee will serve the company with diligence in the heart?
Most probably he will not!!! The diligence has to be cultivated.
The only what is really important to define before hiring the people it is how it realizes own infirmity and hardness in life for himself and is it ready to serve neighbors. Since the majority of the people believe in their perfection, success and omniscience, at interview most probably they will boast of their achievements, so the pool of the right candidates become sharply narrow.
I feel depressed in idle life, relevant for those mean souls, which are living only for themselves.
