How to Fix it?1. Make sure you have taken the backup of your phone data and
have latest version of iTune.2. Switch off “Find my iPhone” in Settings > iCloud3. Download iOS 8 for your iPhone.4. Launch iTune on your computer and connect your phone to
computer via cable.
5. For Mac: Hold Option (Mac) and click on "Check for Update". For PC: Shift (Windows) and click on "Check for Update".
6. Choose the iOS 8 firmware file (.ispw) you downloaded in Step03.
7. Wait till iTunes works.8. Once you're done, turn “Find my iPhone” back on.
