How to delete and archive

pupils

Roadio enables you to delete pupils from your list or store information separately on pupils you might work with again in the future

This is the main menu Tap on Pupils

You can now see a list of your pupils

The list displays your Current pupils

Current pupils are the ones you are working with now

Archived list allows you to store information on pupils you have taught and might work with in the future, but are not teaching at he moment

To Archive or Delete a pupil tap and hold on the pupil and drag to the left

This displays the Archive and Delete options…

Tap on Delete to remove the pupil’s information from your app completely

Tap on Archive to add the pupil to your archive list

The Archived pupil no longer appears in your Current list

Now tap on the Archived list

You will see the pupil you just archived here

If you wish to add the pupil to your Current list once again, just swipe left on the pupil as before

You will see the Unarchive/Delete options…

Tap Unarchive if you wish to add the pupil back to your Current list

Now tap back on Current

The pupil will now reappear as Current in your pupil list

All done! You now know how to delete and archive pupils using Roadio
