How to Customize and Navigate your IQ Office Home Page. I’ve Listed a Property – How Can I Promote It?

Your Profile – Let’s make sure it’s updated before we start.

iQ Office offers many features to help promote yourself and your property listings. Before you start working on your listing, let’s make sure your Profile is up to date. This can be very important to make sure you are optimizing your ability to receive leads on your listings. From the homepage of iQOffice, use the drop-down box to locate the Profile button.

On the Details page of your profile, make sure your contact information is filled in correctly. At the bottom of the Details page review your agent biography that appears on the company website. Many consumers read agent profiles to find an agent that will be a good fit for themselves. Include your professional goals, achievements, and marketing plan, etc. along with any community involvement that others may find interesting.


Posting an Agent Video Do you have an agent profile video you would like to promote? You can upload your personal profile video to iQ Office and it will show on the company website, the mobile site and your agent website. On the DETAILS page, scroll down until you find the Video Profile URL field. Type or copy/pastethe URL for your video into the field box.

Once your video link is placed here, theMy Video Profile tab will show on the websites.

Now you will need to choose if you would like your Text Profile or your Video Profile to be your default – or the first profile that shows. Click Profile Display Select Text or Video Click SAVE

Consumers will still have the choice to select between your Text Profile and your Video Profile, but the one you

chose for your default will show first.


Creating a Profile for the Mobile Site

The next thing you will want to do to promote your Profile, is to create text that will show on the consumer’s smart phone when viewing the mobile site.Located on the same page, scroll down until you see the Mobile Profile Text field. Type text only into this box as you would like it to appear on the mobile website. Click SAVE


Under the Images tab, upload as many agent photos as you would like using the Upload Tool. The photo at the top will appear on the website, flyers, drip marketing, etc. Keep your agent image fresh by changing it out periodically, maybe seasonally.

The Preferences tab is where you will indicate how you would like to receive those leads (text/email/phone). Especially to receive inquiries from your new listing.


The Social Media/Links tab is where you will enter your Social Networking links that will appear on your agent website. If the fields are not filled in on this page, the icons will not show at the top of your agent site.

iQ Voice System – if your company participates in the 24/7 Voice System, you can record a custom bio that consumers will hear when they call into the system. Call your Voice System and follow the prompts.


Promoting Your Listing

Now that you have updated your profile, it’s time to start using some of the iQ Office Tools to promote your listing. Click on the LISTINGS tab and select the property you wish to work on.

Video/Virtual Tours: If you have created a virtual tour or video tour for your listing, you can enter the URL in the appropriate boxes on the Details Page so they will be displayed on the company/agent website.

Custom Description: Scroll to the bottom of thepage and create a custom property description that will have additional information and details on the listing. Use the text editor buttons to add color, change fonts, etc. This new look will then appear on the company website as well as your agent site.


From the DETAILS page of the property listing, you have convenient links toPRINT FLYER and EMAIL FLYER.

Email Flyer: When you first list your property, why not send out an email with the iQOffice Property Flyer to the agents in your office.

Print Flyer: Use this convenient link to print iQ Office Property Flyers to place at the property or the brochure box on the yard sign.


Images: Arrange images in iQ Office so that the first ten photos represent the main rooms and exterior features of the property. These ten photos will be used on the Single Listing Website. Arrange photos by clicking and holding a photo and move to proper position. Add additional photos by using the Upload tool. Click the pencil to edit the image description that will show on the property photos on the company and agent website.


Map tab – Help consumers locate your property. This page will give you the ability to move the flag placement if your property isn’t located exactly right.

Use the right mouse button to place the pushpin to the desired location. Click SAVE


Single Listing Website: There is no need to pay an outside vendor to create a virtual tour for your property. Once your listing is active in iQ Office it will automatically create a Single Listing Website for your property. This Single Listing Website is similar to a Virtual Tour and can be copied/pasted into your Virtual Tour field on your MLS. You will also be able to use this URL to copy/paste into social networking sites such as Facebook. Post weekly and change up your Facebook comments to highlight a certain feature, such as Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced, Pool, View, etc. Click Preview to view the tour. (Don’t forget to post your listing as SOLD and give yourself a little pat on the back with a comment like “Sold in 30 Days”.) (Remember, this is why you will want to arrange your property photos to make sure the first ten photos will optimize your listing.)


Social Media: Be Social and advertise your listing on other social networking sites. From the DETAILS page, select the social media site you would like to post to, click on that icon. From there you will need to continue following the instructions for that site’s format.


The Open House tab under your property listing is where you will see a list of your past, current and future scheduled open houses. To create a new open house, click on Schedule Open House and follow the wizard.

You have the ability to create an Open House Opportunity to let someone else in your office hold your listing open for you by creating an opportunity that will be listed on everyone’s iQ Office Dashboard/Homepage.

iQ Office has a special template for a property flyer just for Open Houses. Once you have entered the Open House date and time into iQ Office, go to: Marketing Print Flyers (or use the Print Flyer button on the listing Details page). Use the Flyer Creation Wizard and select the Open House Template. When you use this flyer, it will automatically place the open housedate/time on the top of the flyer. These would be useful to place in the flyer box on the yard sign a week in advance to announce your open house.


QR Codes are a great way to promote your listing. Create a QR Code that links the consumer’s smartphone to the Single Listing Website or your agent website.

Place the QR Code for the Single Listing Website on a sticker and place it on the back of your business card to pass out and of course at Open Houses.

Create a large QR Code, print, laminate and attach to the front of your flyer box on your yard sign, in case you ever run out of property flyers, consumers will be able to view the property details from their smartphone scan of the QR Code.


Drip Marketing eFlyers Property (or eFlyers Luxury) – For each new listing, use the iQOffice Drip Campaign tool to send out an announcement. This is a great way to notify agents in your office, other MLS agents in your area, and/or your Sphere of Influence. Go to Marketing Drip Marketing Content and select eFlyers Property or eFlyersLuxury to begin setting up your campaign.

iQ Voice – If your company participates in the iQ Voice System, now’s the time to record a customized property description for your listing. When a consumer calls the 24/7 iQ Voice System phone number, they will hear your voice describing the property details instead of the computer generated voice system description.


Attachments

You can add Attachments for your listing that will appear on the company and agent websites. These will be viewable by the public, and may include something like a floorplan, property condition disclosure, list of amenities, addendums, etc.

Click on Create Folder or Upload File

On the websites it will show the word Attachments that people can click on, view the attachment and download it.
