How to claim your BOScoin

If you feel your e-mail account has been hacked or compromised in any way, contact us at [email protected] so that you can receive your BOScoins safe and sound.Depending on the accuracy of the information you are sending, there may be delays for some, but this is to ensure that you receive your coins as securely as possible so please be patient. You will receive your coins if you have participated in the pre-sale / fundraiser / bounty program. Store and save your Public Address and Secret Seed somewhere safe.Keep your Secret Seed away from public eyes and do not lose it. There is no way to recover your Secret Seed if you lose it.You need to use your e-mail account you participated in the pre-sale / fundraiser / bounty program with. You need to send your information with both e-mail and telegram simultaneously.Please keep in mind that the information you send via e-mail and telegram must match before we release the coins.

1. Go to https://wallet.boscoin.io to create your BOScoin Web-wallet.

Please refer to the User Guide on how to create your Web-wallet on the upper right of the webpage.

2. To create your Web-wallet, click on ‘Generate’ and you will see your ‘Public Address’ and ‘Secret Seed.’

Use the ‘Copy’ button on the right to store and save your Public Address and Secret Seed somewhere safe. Make sure your Secret Seed is KEPT AWAY from public eyes.

3. Send your Public Address (which starts with “G”) to [email protected] from the e-mail account you used for the pre-sale, fundraiser and/or bounty program.

Do not send any additional personal information, especially your Secret Seed.

1. Search ‘Telegram’ on Google Play. Tap so you can download and install.

2. After completion of installation, tap ‘Open’ to get it started.

3. Enter your phone number, then tap on the check mark.

4. Tap on the magnifier on the upper right.

5. Search for (BOS_tokennet).

6. If you found us, send us a message including your full e-mail account and Public Address.

1. Search ‘Telegram’ on iTunes Tap so you can download and install.

2. After completion of installation, tap ‘Start Messaging’ to get it started.

3. Enter your phone number, then tap on the check mark.

6. If you found us, send us a message including your full e-mail account and Public Address.

5. Confirmation Process

If the information you have sent via e-mail and telegram matches, BOScoins will be sent to your Public Address and you will receive a confirmation e-mail upon remittance. If the information does not match, additional confirmation process will take place.

6. If you have received the remittance confirmation e-mail, access your Web-wallet with your Secret Seed and check if it arrived.
