Rule #4 :
Business should deliver mission critical product/ Service with high
value proposation to markets large enough so that even 1 % Market
Cap would lead to sustainable scale.
Rule #5:
Business model Should be based on model that provides high Customer
life time value (C.R.L.T.V) business should be able to build repeat
revenue stream by milkingSame customers again and again .

Cash is king, Business model should deliver business with real
(+ve) Cash Flow dont start a business that shows profitable only on
Balance sheet
Business Should Have real Profits and not on Books
Rule #7
Business model should deliver business that is able to self Grow
Organicaly from its own profits
Good Business Model X team of mediocare resources > Team of Excellent Resoucres X bad Business model
1 X 10 > 10 X 1
Business should be based on model that enables it to scale with mediocare resources backed with strong process based on less complex iterations.
