fills day with essence of
happiness.
2. Be a consistent learner
No matter what good
stuff or practice you are
learning. New learning
brings in life new phase of
happiness.
3. Be physically active
Physical activity produces
chemicals in brain which
keeps you healthy and
happy
4. Be more generous
Generosity makes you
believe you are a healthy
part of society so you can
help others and bring
positivity in lives of others
as well.
5. Leave reactive
behavior
Being prone to react and being
aggressive at even little happenings
transforms your self permanent
aggressive and angry person.
Happiness does not
embrace aggressive
person.
7. Be healthy
Health is merely not
wealth but welcomes
happiness in your life as
well.

Do not dream that others are

Loneliness is something
humans are not created
for it.

accept change.
Be prone and ready for
the change. As some
times change is need of
that time.

comfort zone
