Supplemental Items Required

1. Copy of your school’s transcripts*

2. One page (double spaced) essay describing why you would like to study at ERAU and what you expect to get out of your experience*

3. A resume (CV) *

4. Two passport-sized photos*

5. A color copy of your passport*

6. Financial Affidavit and supporting documentation, ie. Bank statement in English. (must be notarized or official stamp)

7. Proof of English language ability

8. Medical Report Form

9. Insurance documentation

*documentation not required if previously supplied through GE3 application

Proof of English Language Ability

Non-English Speaking University:

1. TOEFL minimum score of: a. 213 (computer based) b. 550 (paper based) c. 79 (IBT-Internet based)

2. IELTS minimum score of 6.0 3. Cambridge minimum score of 170 4. TOEIC if student is NOT applying for an F1 visa

Health Insurance

All students at ERAU, including exchange, must be insured. By default, students registering for courses will be enrolled in ERAU’s Student Health Insurance Plan with United Health Care at the current year’s rates. To View the United Healthcare Student Resources Health Insurance Plan:

Type in ERAU in the box for School's Name

Click on Policy year.

Scroll down to the Policy Information you are looking for and click on Explore Policy

OR How to Waive ERAU’s Automatic Enrollment:

If you plan to be covered through insurance from your home country, you must turn in an insurance confirmation with:

Company name, website, phone number

Your name and effective dates Amount of coverage

You must get a health insurance waiver BEFORE the semesters add/drop period ends, typically a week after classes begin.

Coverage Required to Waive Insurance

The policy must have coverage for sicknesses, injuries, medical evacuation and repatriation of remains.

The amount of health insurance coverage requirements is a minimum of $100,000 up to $200,000
