Follow the steps to allocate yourself to the units that you are enrolled-

1. Log in to MyVU. For more information, please see ‘How do I log in to MyVU’?

2. Click VU Calendar on the left-hand sidebar (Figure: 1)

Figure: 1

3. At the top of the VU Calendar click on “This Link” to go to MyTimetable (Figure: 2)

4. Once you click on the link, it will lead you to the available Timetable on Allocate+. Click on the link to see a video (Open the video on Internet Explorer Browser and make sure that the flash is enabled) which explains how to allocate yourself to the respective timetable: Allocation Adjustment

5. In addition to the video tutorial, if the unit you are enrolled into has a ‘Lecture’ & ‘Tutorial’ or ‘Class’ & ‘PCLab’, you need to select ‘Lecture’ & ‘Tutorial’ or ‘Class’ & ‘PCLab’ and press ‘Submit’.

If you see only one timetable available for the particular unit on Allocate +, that means only one class is offered for that unit on that particular Block or Trimester.

*Please note that it is your responsibility to check the location of your lectures and tutorials. The timetable should be checked before classes start as it may have changed.
