ECO Programme Management — Sustain's end-to-end ECO programme
management service offers a full package of options including direct access to ECO funding: through working in partnership with our expert team, Sustain can provide support and guidance to enable RSLs & Contractors to understand these opportunities, extend existing projects, develop potential projects and secure funding to enable them to be delivered.
— Sustain have long term relationships with utility partners from EESOP to ECO

Key Measures CSCO
• Any insulation measure that is recommended in the
assessment (solid wall, cavity, loft, flat roof, under floor)
• Connection to a district heating scheme where loft and
wall insulation has been installed

Key Measures CERO
• Solid wall insulation to at least 50% of walls
• Hard to treat cavities
–3 or more storeys
–chartered surveyor deems it’s not suitable for
standard cavity
–cavity less than 50mm
–cavities in pre-fab house or with metal frames
–uneven cavities (e.g. natural stone)
• If one of the above measures is installed district heating
connection/upgrade can be installed
• If one of the above measures is installed then glazing is also
allowed
–If one of the above then glazing also allowed
–installed within six months by same energy supplier
–energy efficiency must exceed current standard

Southwest
• 572k solid wall properties
• 27% of properties
• 32k classed as non traditional
Key Measures Affordable Warmth HHCRO
• All about heating homes for less rather than carbon savings
• Wide scope of measures that can result in cost savings
• Boiler replacements and repairs qualify
-Repairs, not functioning efficiently or has broken down Has efficiency value of not less than 86% when accessed against SAP (capped at 5% of energy suppliers targets)
-Replacements – must be high efficiency condensing boilers can not be economically repaired
Route to Accessing ECO
• Direct agreement with an obligated utility
• Partner with a delivery partner/broker who has a funding agreement with a utility
• Subcontract to a contractor who has a funding agreement with an utility
• Enter into ECO Brokerage (need to be/partner with a GDP)
• Potential Regen ECO Consortium?
Be ECO Ready
• Understand compliance and utility requirements
• Policies and procedures up to date, i.e. H&S, accreditations
• Understand ECO Process
• Installation to PAS 2030 standard (certification may be required by some utilities)
• Understand links with Green Deal
