One by SMS Assist – Affiliate Portal How to Accept a Work Order

From the ‘Dashboard’ the user can quickly identify work orders ‘Pending Vendor Acceptance’.

Please note: There is a ‘Time to Respond’ as indicated above for every ‘Pending Vendor

Acceptance’ work order. Once the work order response time runs out, SMS Assist can dispatch

the work order to another Affiliate.

The Pending Vendor Acceptance field will notify the Affiliate that

a work order has been dispatched but has yet to be accepted.

This example shows 4 Pending Vendor Acceptance work orders.

Clicking on this button allows the user to see the work orders

individually, and decide if they wish to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ the

service request.

Clicking the ‘Accept’ button will bring up the following box:

From here the user has the ability to schedule the start and end time for service, as well as select

a technician to complete the service. If the user is unable to determine the time and technician

for service, they are able to accept the work order without adding those details to this section.

If the start and end time for service has already been determined, the user must select a

technician before accepting the work order. Once all three fields have been completed, click

the ‘Accept’ button to schedule the service.

If the user is unable to complete the service request for any reason, (e.g. there is not a technician

available to fulfill the service request), the user should select ‘Decline’, and then select the

appropriate reason from the drop down menu. Once the appropriate reason has been

selected, click the ‘Decline’ button to notify SMS Assist to assign the work order to another

Affiliate.
