Co-operation Agreement: Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Algeria

Objectives:

- To structure the dialogue between EC and National S&T policy makers;

- To develop a knowledge-based economy supported by R&I

- To ensure the ERA openess by increasing third countries participation

Methods:

- Identification of joint S&T priorities

- Reciprocal access to information on S&T programs

- Exchange and sharing of researchers, equipments and know-how

- Synergies with policies and instruments for development (ex: ENP oriented to

capacity-building)
