LOWER SCHOOL DINING PROGRAM

Page 2: How The Meal Plan Block Works Nutritional Program and Menu · 2015-08-11 · CulinArt, our school dining service provider, is pleased to provide cashless dining for all Lower School

Dear Parents/Guardians,

CulinArt, our school dining service provider, is pleased to provide cashless dining for all Lower School students at The Agnes Irwin School. CulinArt is also excited to offer Lower School students the convenience of a bundled lunch meal system at the Lower School café: a beverage program and lunch meals.

The cashless/declining balance system offers today’s students and families ease of use. Students and parents can make café selections in a fraction of the time, and parents know when and how their money is being spent.

To participate in this plan, you may elect to prepay/credit an account with blocks of meals for: • A FULL YEAR Meal Plan, every school day• A HALF YEAR Meal Plan, every school day for a half year• PARTIAL YEAR Meal Plan, block of 40 meals to use any day you choose

Meal Plan Blocks help by making the system a convenient budgeting tool for busy families. You have the confidence of knowing that your child(ren) is/are dining on quality, nutritional food choices, with recipes and production techniques supported by CulinArt’s on-staff registered dietitian, prepared in our kitchens by our culinary staff.

The 40-meal block is also a convenient way to supplement home-prepared lunches. Your daughter can easily select a favorite lunch meal by supplying her name on the day you choose at the collection of lunch menus by the teachers. It’s easy and convenient; with this option we simply charge the lunch to your pre-paid account and debit one of the lunch blocks from your pre-paid student account. There is also a beverage plan available for your convenience.
