• Keep your Data CLEAN before submitting (remove unnecessary information)
• ALWAYS send the file CSV (rookie mistake is saving files as excel).
• Have an organized file name: YEARMONTH – Type of File• IE: 2021-05 – Foreclosure
• TIP: Try to communicate via email so you have records of pricing + the smaller Data Append companies won’t even respond back if they think you’re small time.
