ConclusionAverage Height of the Object: 210.91 inches or 17.58 feet.

We measured the baseball foul pole using Trigonometry, mostly tangent, to find the height of the object. For the 30-60-90 triangles and the 45-45-90 triangles, we then applied the Special Right Triangle formulas to find the height in radical form.

It was interesting to apply this method to find the height of an object, as this method would not have been the first to come to mind before we did the project. Before, the seemingly obvious way to measure the height of something would be either to estimate it or to actually measure it with a tool for the purpose. This other method, however, proved to be more efficient and logical.
