1.A standard insurance coverageThe insurance provides a minimum coverage of $5 million in commercial general liability and other aspects of damage. Solar panels are under warranty for 25 years.2.Roof repair or re-shingleIn the event thatyou choose to remove the solar system for roof work, Element Experts provides a one-time free removal and re-installation whenusing a qualified roofer.3.BuyoutThe application explainsthe buyout cost of the system during the term. You are able to buy the system out at anytime.The further into the term you are, the cheaper it is to do so.4.Transfer home ownershipThe free solar program will simply be transferred to the new homeowner.The new homeowner will continue to benefit financially from the system during the term.

Application Process

Own a detached home-and pass satellite evaluationFill out application and verify initial design approvalIESO and LDC must approve connection back to the electricity grid-4-6 weeksHome must pass an On-site inspectionCongratulations! You will receive free solar panels

If you do not pass any of these steps in the process, Element Experts will cancel the application at no cost to the applicant.

Verification Checklist

You are not guaranteed to receive a microFIT contract, there is limited availability in each area. If you do not receive a contract, there is no cost to you.Element Experts are not associated with the Government or your utility company, however we provide the Free Solar Program through the Government microFIT program.The program wont increase or decrease your electricity bill during the term.Panels may be placed anywhere on your roof, and electrical equipment will be placed beside your hydrometer.
