ABOUT ME: My name is Ellis Toussier. My birth certificate was 67 years old in August, 2012. (I think I am younger than 67.) I am a citizen of Panama and a legal resident of Mexico. I am the ex-King of Growth Hormone.

Introduction

This book will teach you how you can make your pituitary gland release the equivalent of about 1 to 4 iu injectable HGH (human growth hormone) per day in the single most powerful way known to medical science. That is: to cause hypoglycemia. Do not be afraid of the term “hypo.glycemia”.

To achieve hypoglycemia, I propose that we can use a medicine which is available without prescription, and which costs about 10 cents per pill. It is used every day by millions of diabetics without causing hypoglycemia, and it is not “illegal for athletes” to use it. I am going to show you how you can use the same pill with the intent of causing hypoglycemia, so that it will cause a strong release of HGH.

Hypoglycemia will cause a much more powerful release of growth hormone than will amino acids arginine, ornithine, lysine, glutamine, Vitamin B-3, or clonidine which are the best known HGH secretagogues. It will also cause more release than GEREF (Growth Hormone Releasing Factor, made by Serono) which was experimental in the late 1990's and has since been discontinued.

If the release of growth hormone occurs in a boy or girl less than 20 years old, and if this is repeated many times for perhaps 3 to 6 months, it will probably result in an increase in height, depending on how many times and for how long hypoglycemia is achieved and sustained...

And if you are an adult and you believe as I do that human growth hormone is important to prevent your body from falling apart at the normal rate, but you can't get a prescription for HGH, then the solution is also to release growth hormone in your own body as shown in this book.

PREPARATION, BEFORE STARTING

Before starting this program you must take a blood test in a laboratory. Test for IGF-1, HbA1c, insulin, PSA, males: free testosterone and total testosterone, girls: estrogen and progesterone. REPEAT this test on day 45, 90, 135, and 180. MEASURE your height carefully against a wall, mark it there, and write the date in ink.

You will need the following each 90 days:

A. 1 BLOOD GLUCOSE METER (I recommend: Roche AccuCheck Performa, or Roche AccuCheck Activa.)B. SUFFICIENT TEST STRIPS for Roche AccuCheckC. 360 tablets Glybenclamide 1.25 mgs (“SFU Sul-Fonyl-Uria”) or 1 vial Humulin “R” and .30 cc or .50 cc diabetes-type-syringesD. orange juice or regular soft drink, or sugarless yogurt

CAUTION: SFU (sulfonyluria) will NOT work on Diabetics type 1... and it might not work very well with Diabetics type 2, either. Diabetics Type 1 must use injected insulin, .15 iu/kg of body weight, and a maximum of 10 iu. And diabetics type 2 should also preferably use .15 iu/kg injected insulin.

That is about 10 iu Humulin “R” for a 70 kilogram person.

Humulin “R” is identical to human insulin. It is fast acting and short duration, which makes it ideal for this purpose.

If you decide to use injected insulin, YOU MUST CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR. Get to hypoglycemia in TWO STEPS: try 5 iu, and after 90 minutes, add 2 or 3 iu... If that does not cause hypoglycemia in 60 minutes, the next day try 6 iu, then add 2 or 3 iu...

If that does not cause hypoglycemia in 60 minutes, the next day try 7 iu and after 90 minutes add 2 or 3 iu.

Insulin is more potent and has more potential for causing extreme hypoglycemia than glibenclamide (SFU) and you must know how to use insulin, and you must know what to do if you have extreme hypoglycemia (EAT something...) or else don't try to grow taller with hypoglycemia.

CAUTION: You must never be alone when you take this therapy. There must always be another person present who is aware that you are taking medicines that are intended to cause mild hypoglycemia. That person must know that you have to EAT something if you should develop extreme hypoglycemia... which is not likely to happen, but he must know that you should EAT if you can't help yourself.

CAUTION: If you are sleepy and you have taken SFU, YOU MUST EAT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. YOU CANNOT GO TO SLEEP ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

CAUTION: If you are not healthy, or if you have heart disease or epilepsy, you should CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR before you try this therapy because mild hypo-glycemia might be contra-indicated for you.

CAUTION: Alcohol consumption is restricted, because alcohol is bad for the liver which produces the protein you need to grow taller. Smoking tobacco is restricted because it will interfere with the release of growth hormone.

CAUTION: The drop in blood sugar levels below 70 mg/dl, which is necessary to cause a release of growth hormone, prompts a hunger response. This hunger makes it difficult to resist eating... but you must resist eating because as soon as you eat, blood glucose will rise and growth hormone will no longer be released by the pituitary.

CAUTION: Neither Humulin “R” nor SFU (SulFonylUria “SUL-FONYL-URIA”) require a doctor's prescription in many countries, but I recommend if you follow this program you should be under a doctor's supervision, even if a prescription for insulin or SFU is not required.

You must use a blood glucose meter to check your blood glucose.

Learn to use a glucose meter before you start this program.

I recommend a Roche AccuCheck Performa, or AccuCheck Activa, and test strips that come with these kits, because they are the ones I use myself, and I can understand the results better than if you use a different brand.

You should test yourself at any time that you are curious, but for the first 14 days you should test at least ONCE BEFORE breakfast and several times until you eat something to end hypoglycemia.

Humulin “R” will start to bring down blood glucose on an empty stomach in about 30 minutes, and SFU takes longer, about 90 minutes...

Very close monitoring of blood glucose is necessary, so check again and again every 10 or 15 minutes, until blood glucose is about 50 mg/dl.

At this point, it either stops dropping or you must drink a gulp of orange juice or (I prefer) liquid yoghurt to keep blood sugar above 50 mg/dl and below 70 mg/dl.

That is, you will check your blood glucose at least SIX TIMES each time you take a dose of insulin or SFU.

After 14 days, after you have learned how your blood glucose reacts to SFU on an empty stomach, you might cut out some blood tests... For example, once before breakfast, then after 90, and 120, and 240 minutes.

But check SIX TIMES each time you attempt to bring down your blood glucose, for the first 14 days.

I recommend Humulin “R” (which is fast-acting, short duration, injectable insulin) or glybenclamide (a.k.a. Glyburide). Choose one or the other: you should not use both.

Glybenclamide (“Gliburide”) is not many doctor's first choice SFU for diabetics type 1 because it causes hypoglycemia... and its effect is relatively short lasting... But these are both reasons precisely why it is well indicated for the purpose of causing a release of HGH to grow taller.

(note: metformin is doctor's choice for diabetics type 2. But metformin will not cause hypoglycemia, and you want to get mild hypoglycemia to cause the release of growth hormone.)

You must have a fruit juice or regular soft drink, nearby, in case a blood glucose test shows blood glucose is far below 50 mg/dl... This will not happen if you checked blood glucose frequently. Blood glucose drops slowly, as long as you are AWAKE you should not have any really big problem.

If you do get hypoglycemia below 50 mg/dl, don't panic... Your body has several mechanisms to keep it from falling much further if you did not overdose. Your only real risk is to overdose on glibenclamide, and you won't do that if you learn which is your correct dose by trial and error.

But in case you should test and your blood glucose is very low, you will drink a SMALL glass (120 ml) of orange juice, or sugarless yoghurt.

Do not drink a large glass of orange juice because that would be overkill... you would shoot your blood glucose way above 100 mg/dl, which is not good for your health in the long run, and it would cause your body to block the release of growth hormone.

Just drink a small glass of orange juice and suspend the experimental therapy for the day, and try again the next day with a lesser dose of insulin or glybenclamide, or with a lesser amount of orange juice or yoghurt.

If your blood glucose goes below 50 mg/dl and you are unable to help yourself, the other person who is with you should know that you must drink a small glass of orange juice or sugarless yoghurt immediately.

It will take about three minutes for blood glucose to go UP above 50 mg/dl.

You might have to resist the urge to drink more orange juice or sugarless yoghurt, but that would raise your blood sugar too high.

All you need is one gulp of orange juice or sugarless yoghurt. (I drink strawberry flavored sugar-and-fat free “light” yoghurt, which claims to have 9 grams of carbs and 6 grams of protein per 200 ml. and it works perfectly well.)

The “Illegal Grow Taller Without Injectable Growth Hormone” therapy aims to lower your blood glucose below what is called “hypoglycemia”... (hypo = “low” glicemia = “blood sugar”) The REASON you want to get hypoglycemia is because it is a KNOWN FACT that the pituitary releases HGH when there is hypoglycemia.

That is, you purposely want to lower your blood glucose below 70 and above 50 mg/dl. (this is aproximately between 2.9 and 3.8 mmol.) And you would like for it to be in that range for at least one hour, preferably two hours.

As a secondary benefit, if you are not a diabetic and you learn how to control your blood sugar levels, this will help you not to lose pancreatic beta cells which produce insulin, ie, it will help you to prevent diabetes. (note: “blood glucose” and “blood sugar” are the same thing and are used interchangeably.)

You must be careful, however, because if you are not careful and you overdose, you can die of extreme hypoglycemia (too low blood sugar.)

That got your attention, huh?!!

But you won't get extreme hypoglycemia if you do not overdose, and if you monitor your blood glucose as I recommend you must... and you won't overdose if you learn which is the correct dose that will cause mild hypoglycemia before breakfast.

And even if you do overdose, you won't die if you know what to do (EAT something) if you feel extremely weak and dizzy...

(You won't FAINT before you can eat, because hypoglycemia occurs very slowly, and this is not a very potent or powerful medicine.)

Read this book carefully, monitor your blood sugar, and do what I tell you to do to avoid accidental death by hypoglycemia, and you won't die...

And if you are still capable of growing taller, ie, if you are less than 20 years of age, I expect you will grow perhaps one, two, or three inches taller (depending on your age, and on how much HGH your pituitary releases, and how often you “milk” your pituitary to release HGH.)

Do not be afraid of the term “hypo-glicemia”... It simply means that blood sugar is lower than normal.

Kids who are still growing taller have mild hypoglycemia about 4:00 o'clock in the morning, because the last time they ate was supper, the night before. So their pituitary releases a little bit of growth hormone when they are in “deep sleep”... This does not happen because they are in deep sleep, but because their blood sugar is low (ie, hypoglycemia) at about 4:00 o'clock in the morning.

“According to Ellis” it is a MYTH that growth hormone is released when we are in “deep sleep.” Doctors repeat the myth, but it is still a myth. It is NOT because they are profoundly asleep. It is because their blood sugar is low.

I limit the lower end to 50 mg/dl which I have purposely experienced many times on myself, and which is not “dangerous” for health in any way. (On the contrary, it is probably very good for your health because Growth Hormone is released when there is hypoglycemia, and natural growth hormone is recognized as very good for your health by doctors of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.)

There are FOUR ways that you can lower blood sugar to cause hypoglycemia:

1. FAST or STARVATION: If you do not eat for one or two or three or four or more days, the longer you do not eat, the lower your blood sugar will get. It is a KNOWN FACT that starvation, whether intentional or not, results in a release of growth hormone.

I do NOT recommend starvation. Medical fasting has been shown to be very good to reverse many bad health conditions, and I am all for it... but I am not going to get into that in this book.

Yes, if you would fast for 48 hours, you would probably trigger a release of growth hormone in your body, as well as reverse insulin resistance and lose weight...

But you are not going to fast, so I am not going to discuss fasting or starvation.

2. Heavy exercise will cause blood glucose to go DOWN. This can happen with AEROBIC exercise (eg, running, cycling, swimming, etc.) but not with RESISTANCE exercise (weight lifting, etc.) I recommend exercise, but you are probably not going to do enough aerobic exercise to cause much release of HGH, so this is NOT the way that I will recommend that you can release growth hormone in your body.

3. Insulin will cause blood glucose to go DOWN... But insulin has the potential to cause severe hypoglycemia unless you know how to use it. So I am not going to recommend that you use INSULIN, except if you are diabetic type 1 in which case this is the only way that will work for you to get hypoglycemia... and you already know how to use insulin.

4. You can drop blood glucose with the help of a pill (SFU) (SulFonylUria) that causes the pancreas to release a little insulin. There are several different SFU's... specifically, I recommend the ingredient “Glibenclamide” also sold with the trade name “Gliburide”.

THIS IS the method that I suggest is very cheap, and very effective, to cause a drop of blood glucose to levels which will cause a release of growth hormone by the pituitary gland.

You will take a dose of either insulin or Glibenclamide (“Gliburide”) (SFU) on an empty stomach. (This is not what is recommended to diabetics type 2 who are not trying to grow taller... But if you are short and a diabetic type 2 and you do not eat when you take an SFU, it will probably cause hypoglycemia, which will cause a release of HGH, which can help a short kid to grow taller.)

I think diabetics should use insulin (and I am not a diabetic and I use insulin) because you can know exactly what is the dose of insulin that you inject, whereas with SFU (Glibenclamide) you don't know exactly what dose is being released by your pancreas... not a big problem, because you can tell what is your blood glucose level.

However, I do not want to recommend using insulin to anybody who does not already know how to use insulin correctly because insulin is more powerful than SFU, and so has more possibility of causing extreme hypoglycemia if over-dosed.

I have experimented extensively with both and I have seen that 10 iu of Humulin “R” will drop MY blood glucose much faster than 5 mgs Glibenclamide, from which I deduce that 5 mgs. Glibenclamide is less powerful than 10 iu insulin, so it is equivalent to less than 10 iu Humulin “R”.

Take the dose of insulin or SFU in the early morning and then wait for the drop in blood glucose to occur, and then STAY WITH LOW BLOOD GLUCOSE preferably for 2 hours.

The release of growth hormone occurs when blood glucose is below 70, and it will continue for about 2 hours.

1 or 2 or 3 or 4 pills of (1.25 mgs glibenclamide) SFU (SulFonylUria) can cause the same hypoglycemia as injected insulin.

You will NOT take insulin or SFU at night, you will only take it in the morning. The reason for this is because you want to be WIDE AWAKE and not sleepy. If you should be sleepy in the morning, skip the treatment that day. Or if you should become sleepy after you have taken insulin or SFU, then have a good breakfast before you go to sleep. You don't want your blood sugar to be dropping while you are asleep on an empty stomach!

Humulin “R” will cause your blood sugar to start to go DOWN in about 30 minutes, and it will be about 50 mg/dl in about one hour. - 13 -

SFU will cause your blood sugar to go DOWN in about 90 to 120 minutes...

(Note: You can also FAST for 48 hours, and your blood glucose will go below 70 mg/dl...

But I am not going to get into the details of fasting to cause release of growth hormone... It WILL happen, however, and if you are interested in this you can read about it on the internet.)

Whichever way you bring your blood glucose down, once your blood sugar is about 50 or 55, you would like for it to STAY THERE for another two hours...

But your body will be trying to make it go UP. You can “fine tune” with aerobic exercise (DOWN) or a gulp of orange juice or yoghurt (UP).

Start with 5 iu Humulin “R” or 1 pill of 1.25 mgs SFU. If this does not bring your blood glucose close to 50 mg/dl in 90 minutes, the next day increase the dose to 5 iu Humulin “R” plus 2 iu 2 hours later... or take 2 pills SFU.

If that is still not enough, the next day take 7 iu Humulin “R” and 2 hours later take 2 iu... or 3 pills of 1.25 mgs. And if that is not enough, then you will use 4 pills of 1.25 mgs. Do not exceed 10 iu Humulin “R”.

5 mgs. Glybenclamide is the dose that works well for ME to bring my blood glucose down to 50 mg/dl in about 2 hours.

You will do this each day that you want to, for six months.

Try not to miss any day. But if you do miss a day, nothing bad happens except you did not get the benefit of growing taller on that day. Your chance to grow taller is limited and ends at about age 21 or 22, so try not to miss any day to try to grow taller, while you can.

At the end of six months you must evaluate the results of your growth with your doctor and decide if you can continue safely. There is no problem if you continue with insulin, but there is a slight possible increase of heart attack if you continue for 5 years or more with SFU.

Besides severe hypoglycemia (which you will not get if you do not over-dose) some studies show that there is an increase in the probability of a heart attack after 5 to 8 years with some SFU's (note: there is not any increase in the risk of heart attack with the correct use of insulin).

The risk of a heart attack in young persons who use SFU for less than 24 months is probably close to zero.. but you should evaluate this with your doctor.

If your doctor determines that you are well, you can repeat the program again for another 6 months.

I recommend that if you use SFU, you should repeat this program a maximum of 24 months. If you want to continue more than 24 months, it must be with injected insulin (“Humulin R”).

Measure your blood glucose before taking your dose of insulin or SFU. Write down the time and the result in a notebook.

Your goal is to lower blood glucose to between 40% and 60% of your fasting blood glucose, but always above 50 mg/dl. (see Fig. 1, Plasma Sugar response to Insulin .15 U/kg.)

About 30 minutes after a dose of insulin or 90 minutes after you have drunk one 5 mg. pill of SFU, you will start to feel that you are getting shaky... This is because injected insulin or the insulin released by your pancreas because of the SFU has caused your blood glucose to go DOWN.

This is a GOOD thing. Don't get scared. This is exactly what you want to happen, because this will cause a small release of growth hormone by the pituitary. (see Fig. 1, Growth Hormone Increment m.micro.g/ml response to .15 u/kg insulin).

You would like for your blood glucose to remain above 50 and below 70 mg/dl for about 2 hours. So if you drank the SFU at 6:00 A.M., you would feel weak about 8:00 A.M. and you would not eat or have breakfast until about 10:00 A.M.

It becomes a balancing act. At some point, your blood glucose might go below 50 mg/dl. You want to bring it UP, but you do not want to bring it up higher than 70 mg/dl. In fact, you would like for it to be about 50 to 55 mg/dl, if you could get it there.

But the shakiness and the dizzy feeling might scare you. It is a new feeling, and you don't like it... You would like to feel strong and not shaky, right away. But this is, in fact, what you shouldn't want to do, in order to grow taller.

It is actually GOOD for you from the perspective of growing taller that you should feel a bit shaky and a bit dizzy because this is when your pituitary gland is releasing a bit of growth hormone...

You don't want your blood sugar to be as low as 40, but if you could choose, you would want your blood sugar to be about 50 to 55 mg/dl.

The answer to this is that you have to monitor your blood sugar closely with the glucose meter, and if it dips below 50, then you must bring it up A LITTLE BIT with orange juice or liquid yoghurt...

About one gulp is enough to bring it UP about 5 or 10 points... in three minutes you will feel it is higher, so check it with a blood glucose meter...

And if it goes above 70 mg/dl, then do rigorous exercise (eg, weight lifting, or aerobics) to bring blood glucose DOWN.

Do aerobic or resistance exercise, in a gymnasium or in your home, where you are close to food. If you go out, take a small fruit with you.

You do not want to get hypoglycemia when you are far from food and possible help in case you need it.

The risk is hypoglycemia lower than you want to have. YOU WANT TO HAVE mild hypoglycemia (below 70 mg/dl and above 50 mg/dl) and YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE extreme hypoglycemia. (extreme hypoglycemia is anywhere below 40 mg/dl...)

You can black out if blood sugar goes below 25 mg/dl... you might die if blood sugar goes below 15 mg/dl. It is very unlikely that you will get blood sugar below 40 mg/dl, and there is almost no possibility to get blood sugar to 25 mg/dl. unless you overdose.

These are the symptoms of hypoglycemia: you feel dizzy... you feel weak... you feel a buzz in your body... your hands get sweaty and clammy...

Of course, remember that these are the symptoms you would like to feel because they indicate that your body is releasing growth hormone. But it is a little scary the first time you feel it.

When you DO get hypoglycemia (which is what you want) the first thing you should do is to take a blood glucose reading to know where you are. You WANT blood glucose to be BELOW 70 mg/dl and ABOVE 50 mg/dl.

Having taken only 1 (or 2 or 3 or 4) pills of 1.25 mgs SFU, your life is not in danger... but perhaps it FEELS like it is in danger.

But since you are well enough to THINK straight, and you are well enough to give yourself a blood glucose test, you are nowhere close to death (below 15 mg/dl).

Before “death” you would faint, and your body would turn on several emergency systems to put your blood glucose back up.

But all this is not going to happen. You are not going to be close to blacking out if you only took 5 mgs or less of glibenclamide.

If the blood glucose meter says you have 40 mg/dl, you can still think straight, so if you feel your hands shakey, and you feel weak, stay calm and drink a small glass of orange juice, or sugarless yoghurt.

In a few minutes you will feel the tingle and dizzyness is gone. Wait 15 minutes and then recheck your blood glucose.

Even if you would black out, you would still not be close to death... low blood glucose also causes a release of cortisol and perhaps adrenaline also, in healthy persons. These hormones will cause blood glucose to go UP.

So your body is already working to put your blood glucose levels UP from wherever it is, even when your blood glucose is above 50 mg/dl.

AFTER you have drunk your SFU pills, you can DO EXERCISE to make blood glucose drop faster. Check your blood glucose frequently so you always know where it is. If your blood glucose is close to 50 mg/dl you should stop exercising.

THIS IS THE “ILLEGAL GROW TALLER FASTING DIET” which I suggest might help you to grow taller if you do it at least one day each week. It is not a total fast, but your blood sugar will naturally not be very high, which is very good for growing taller. Breakfast (“brunch”) after 1:00 P.M. ONE HARD BOILED EGG, plus all the water and lemonade (without sugar) that you want to drink. (This means your blood glucose is low for 4 or 5 hours longer than if you had breakfast at usual times)

NO SNACKS until supper! This means your blood sugar will stay “low” until supper, therefore, all day long.

Have your normal Supper, but try to avoid “simple carbohydrates” (rice, spaghetti or pasta, pizza, bread, cereals, potatoes, corn, SUGAR) and be careful of pineapple and other delicious fruits... (This helps to avoid high blood sugars which turn ON somatostatin, the hormone that turns OFF the release of growth hormone...)

Yes, fruits are delicious, but they are full of sugar, which is why they are so sweet. And too much sugar will block growth hormone.

EGG is 30% protein, and zero percent carbohydrates. It is perfect for a break-fast because it has all the vitamins and minerals and other nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy. It will not make your blood glucose go UP, but it will prevent it from going DOWN.

Forget about “cholesterol”... Eggs have been given a bad rap, that they contain too much cholesterol. This is not true.

In any case, cholesterol in eggs is not harmful to you. The cholesterol that is harmful to you is produced by your own body in response to incorrect food choices, especially high carbohydrates.

So eat your egg 2 or 3 hours AFTER you have taken your dose of insulin or drunk your SFU, so that it will not keep blood sugar from dropping.

LOW CARB, HIGH PROTEIN: eat all the fish and chicken and eggs that you want to... eat all the vegetables that you want to... eat all the sugarless gelatin that you want to... eat very little or no fruits... eat small portions of beans and legumes...

ALL THE REST IS BAD FOR YOU: no pizza... no spaghetti... no rice... no potatoes... no corn... no bread or cookies... no cereals... no candies... no syrups or honey... no SUGAR.

Avoid: bread, sugar, dry breakfast cereals, pancakes, potatoes, rice, spaghetti, the crust of pizza. You can eat small portions of fruits, but fruits are delicious and easy to eat too much... and always avoid fruit juice because it represents a large amount of fruit...

Drink plain water when you are thirsty, not carbonated soft drinks... And if you do drink carbonated soft drinks, choose those that do not contain “sugar”... “Diet-Coke” etc.... If you want a healthy and tasty drink, you can drink fresh water with lemon juice, without sugar.

Diet is extremely important for somebody who wants to grow taller. You should always AVOID ALL SUGAR, and as much as you can, avoid potatoes, rice, breakfast cereals, spaghetti or pasta of any kind, pizza crust, bread of any kind, color or flavor...

And of course, you should avoid all cakes, pies, doughnuts, etc... good-bye candies, and maple syrup, honey, etc... everything that is sweet is terrible to grow taller.

Fruits are bad because they contain too much sugar. If you were not trying to grow taller, I would say you can eat a little bit of fruit... but since you want to grow taller, I say you cannot eat any fruit at all until after you have reached the height you want to have.

You don't have to eat LITTLE... it is not a matter of losing weight... You have to eat CORRECTLY: beef, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese and no-sugar yoghurt, milk, and all vegetables... any vegetable that goes into a "green salad"... tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, onions, etc.

1. How much can I grow if I do this every day for 3 months?

I don't know the answer because I don't know how much HGH you will release equivalent to injected HGH. The graph shows that HGH is released as hypoglycemia is caused, and the average is 30 nanograms (thirty millionths of one milligram) per millimeter for adults... YOUNG KIDS produce two or three times more than what is shown on the graph.

If your pitutary will release 67 nanograms per ml, in 5 liters of blood that is .33 mgs which is equivalent to 1 iu. Injectable HGH. And HGH continues to be released...

I am not sure how much you would grow taller, but that is by definition the amount of HGH which is secreted by the pituitary of a healthy young person. You can probably expect to grow perhaps 1 to 2 inches per year... perhaps more, perhaps less, depending on your age, height, weight, and the food you eat.

2. And if I am more than 21 years old?

If I were you, I would try it. I would have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Chances are slim, but I have seen a boy nearly 21 years old who grew nearly 2 inches in three months with a good dose of injected growth hormone.

Growth hormone has no harmful side effect if you do not overdose, and there is no way you will overdose if it is coming from your own pituitary gland.

And even if it does not make you grow taller, you will have certain health benefits, which I get into in more detail in another book. For your information: I have injected 2 iu of authentic growth hormone almost every day since June, 1998 (that is now more than 15 years...) and it has been fantastic for my good health.

3. My parents and my brothers are tall, but I don't want to grow taller. I like to be short. How can I stay short?

That's easy: instead of eating correctly (low carbs, high protein) and doing exercise both of which help you to maintain your blood glucose levels in a healthy range, just do everything wrong:

Eat a lot of sugar and sweets and chocolates and candies. Help yourself to large servings of rice and spaghetti and pizza... Drink large glasses of orange or pineapple juice. Eat corn flakes or sugar-pops for breakfast... or pancakes... that'll do it...

Pile on the rice and beans. Pig out on potato chips and tortillas and junk foods... you know which they are.

Trust the ads that tell you their Corn Flakes or Tortilla Chips are healthy for you. That nice picture of a healthy young athletic model on the cover is meant to fool you to think you can look like that if you will only buy their junk food.

Enjoy your chocolate cake, apple pie, and donuts... don't you just love those Cinnamon Donuts? They're great to keep you short. And how about 2 large scoops of chocolate ice-cream with chocolate brownies and lots of sugary syrup?

Don't do exercise. Don't participate in tiring sports, such as running, cycling, swimming, basketball, soccer... Don't walk if you can take a car, or a bus. Don't climb up short flights of stairs: use an escalator, or elevator.

4. How dangerous is this treatment?

It is not dangerous at all, if you monitor your blood to know where your blood glucose is... The only “danger” is extreme hypoglycemia, which is very dangerous... but you will not get extreme hypoglycemia if you do not overdose...

And you will not overdose if you monitor your blood glucose levels closely and learn what is your correct dose of SFU (glibenclamide.)

One aspirin can be very good for you, but an overdose of aspirin can kill you. Don't overdose on glibenclamide, and you have a very useful medicine.

In any case, you must be under the care of a doctor. I am not a doctor. I am telling you that extreme hypoglycemia can kill you, and mild hypoglycemia can make you grow taller. Learn how to get mild hypoglycemia, and how not to ever get extreme hypoglycemia, and you will grow taller safely.

5. How does this compare to taking amino acids?

The Insulin Tolerance Test causes MUCH MORE release of growth hormone than arginine, which is used in the Arginine Tolerance Test.

First of all, the arginine is taken by intravenous injection, straight to the blood. Thus it has a much more potent effect than the arginine sold in powder form in health food stores.

Mild hypoglycemia between 70 and 50 mg/dl will cause less release of HGH than the Insulin Tolerance Test, which takes hypoglycemia down to 35 mg/dl, but it will probably cause much more than arginine. Compare the graphs below:

Insulin Tolerance Test: normal healthy adults, age 26 to 55. Peak Serum GH in microgram/liter

Hypoglycemia is a much more powerful force for our pituitary to release HGH than taking amino acids or Vitamin B-3. Hypoglycemia, as shown in the graph on page 3, will cause a release of 20 to 30 nanograms per ml, (or more...) which in 5 liters of blood is up to .15 mgs of growth hormone. But this is a point.

From then on, it is released at about 2 nanograms per second per ml. If you sustain the hypoglycemia for 2 hours, this can give you 240 nanograms, in 5000 ml of blood, this is equivalent to up to 4.5 iu of injected growth hormone, which will give you an IGF-1 of about 500.

Suppose that it will be less, because you don't cause extreme hypoglycemia. In any case, even if it is less, it might be enough to cause growth in a short young boy or girl if it is done enough times, eg, every day for three months, or six months, etc...

So “Young teen-age kids” can potentially release several times more than healthy young persons over age 25, which was the group used in the study (page 3 and 9) by Greenwood, Landon, and Stamp.

Therefore, I will guess that young teen-age kids release more HGH through hypoglycemia than occurred in the study by Greenwood, Landon, and Stamp.

5. Can I do both?

There is no reason to do both. If hypoglycemia causes a release of growth hormone, taking amino acids (not even if it is injected) also will not cause a greater release of growth hormone because it has already been released due to the hypoglycemia.

6. Why has this never been done before?

I don't know. Causing hypoglycemia with injected insulin to release growth hormone has been done many times before in a doctor's office, as a single test (Insulin Tolerance Test, “I.T.T.”) to determine if there is growth hormone deficiency in adults or in children.

But this is not done with the intent of making young kids grow taller. A doctor who is checking for growth hormone deficiency and does it by causing hypoglycemia with insulin, does not take time out to think of using glibenclamide to cause hypoglycemia to do the same test. Insulin of course is better for his purpose.

But it is not insulin which causes the release of growth hormone... it is hypoglycemia, caused by insulin. If it is hypoglycemia caused by glibenclamide, growth hormone will also be released when there is low blood sugar (perhaps because low blood sugar switches off somatostatin?)

And the one time release of HGH is not enough to make a big difference, neither for tall growth nor for anti-aging purposes... so I suppose doctors didn't stop to think about it. There is no reason for them to have thought about it. Perhaps they are focused on something else. Doctors usually do what other doctors do, and if no doctor has done it before, they usually don't do it either.

Sometimes it takes an outsider, like me, to think of something that the insiders have missed. They are too close to the trees to see the forest.

That, in fact, is how insulin was discovered, and how telomerase was discovered, and how penicillin was discovered, etc.

7. How do you know that hypoglycemia is a more powerful way to stimulate the release of growth hormone than using amino acids?

The standard test by endocrinologists to see if an adult is growth hormone deficient is called the “I.T.T.: Insulin Tolerance Test.” Look it up on a search engine.

The I.T.T. is by far a much better test to stimulate the release of growth hormone than the next best test, using arginine (by intravenous injection), because it causes a much greater release of HGH. (the arginine HGH stimulation test)

That is how I know that hypoglycemia is the best way known to medical science to stimulate the release of HGH. Ask an endocrinologist if there is a more powerful way. There isn't. The I.T.T. is the Gold Standard of tests for HGH deficiency.

8. How do you know that mild hypoglycemia is a more powerful way to stimulate the release of growth hormone than using clonidine? Why not use clonidine?

Clonidine is used to treat high blood pressure, and it is known to trigger the release of growth hormone. But it has a very bad side effect, which is: it causes impotence.

That, to me, is reason enough not to consider clonidine as a way to trigger the release of HGH... I would not even consider clonidine to treat high blood pressure.

9. Which is better, try to grow taller by mild hypoglycemia, or try to grow taller with injectable HGH?

Which is better in which way? Injectable HGH is costly, but never misses. HGH through hypoglycemia is inexpensive, but not easy to achieve. - 30 -

If you grow 3 inches taller with injectable growth hormone or you grow 3 inches taller by causing mild hypoglycemia, it is the same 3 inches.

If you grow 3 inches taller with injectable growth hormone or you grow only 2 inches taller with mild hypoglycemia, 3 inches is better than 2 inches.

But if you could not get a prescription for injectable growth hormone, or if you could not afford to pay for it, then 1, or 2, or 3 inches with mild hypoglycemia is better than zero.

10. Is there any blood test that can show that HGH is being secreted?

The IGF-1 (“insulin growth factor no. 1”) blood test gives an approximate idea of how much HGH was in the bloodstream a day or two before. Approximately, every 100 points above 100 indicates about one unit of injectable growth hormone.

11. Why isn't any special diet required?

No special diet is required because you cause hypoglycemia before breakfast... and it doesn't matter what is your diet after you have caused hypoglycemia and released HGH. Of course, I recommend a low carb diet, because it raises blood sugar less than a high carb diet.

12. Why isn't any particular exercise required?

Exercise is good for your health, but growth hormone is what will make you grow taller. Heavy exercise probably helps short kids grow taller because it also lowers blood sugar, but mild hypoglycemia is all you need to cause a natural release of HGH... it doesn't matter HOW you got hypoglycemia...

If you don't do any exercise but you do get hypoglycemia, you will grow taller because your pituitary will release some HGH... so exercise is good, but it is not required.

13. Why do you (Ellis Toussier) use insulin if you are not a diabetic?

Your question has nothing to do with making short kids grow taller with mild hypoglycemia, but I will answer your question quickly. I (Ellis Toussier) use insulin because I am convinced that I should keep my blood sugar levels controlled, even if I am not a diabetic by the criteria of the American Diabetes Association.

I try to eat as if I am a diabetic, on the assumption that if I were a diabetic, I wouldn't be eating a lot of doughnuts and chocolate cake and other junk foods like bread and potato chips...

So I don't eat them now, either. I eat as if I am already a diabetic, because I believe we are all “on the road to diabetes”... I want to travel that road as slowly as possible.

I inject insulin for the same reason. I control my blood glucose much better with a tiny dose of insulin than without a tiny dose of insulin. It costs almost zero, it doesn't “hurt” at all, and it has no side effect (if I inject a tiny dose, at the right time...)

And most importantly, I believe what the glucose meter tells me: It will be good for my health in the long run.

If I will become diabetic some day, I expect my diabetes will be milder... so if I am pre-diabetic already, I assume that my pre-diabetes will advance slower...

And perhaps I might never be a diabetic as defined by the A.D.A.

Why do you say you are the “ex-King” of Growth Hormone, and not the “King”?

Growth hormone is a controversial hormone. It is fantastic for our good health, but in this upside down world, tobacco and alcohol are allowed without any problem, but something that is fantastic for our good health is strictly controlled by the authorities in some countries.

Being fantastic for good health is precisely the reason why the authorities in many countries persecute doctors or patients who use it: because it makes our body so much healthier, that BASEBALL PLAYERS hit many more homeruns than Babe Ruth!

They did, because their body works better because it is better after using growth hormone. That shouldn't be a reason why you might go to JAIL in Australia for possession of growth hormone, but that is how it is in Australia.

But if I call myself “The King of Growth Hormone” as I did for 14 years, that is like Pablo Escobar boasting that he is “The King of Cocaine”. Pablo Escobar is dead, and he was killed because he was “The King of Cocaine”.

I am still alive, and I don't want to be “the King of Growth Hormone” anymore. I don't want to be confused with one of the Bad Bad Guys. I only help people to get good health.

Why do the graphs on page 3 and HGH response to I.T.T. differ?

The results are in the “same ballpark”... one shows an AVERAGE of 30 nanograms and the other shows an average of 20 nanograms...

The groups, however, were different... the ages were different... and the lowest point of hypoglycemia might have been different.

The authors of both studies say that there is a very wide response of HGH in different subjects...

And OF COURSE there is, because they are all widely different ages.

The graph of HGH decline by ages shows that teen agers release twice as much HGH as 20 year olds, and 20 year olds release twice as much as 40 year olds, and 40 year olds release almost twice as much as 50 year olds... etc.

So it is not strange that in two groups that were not chosen to match their ages, it is easily possible for the average results of one group to be 33% less than the average results of the other.

Both graphs, however, are in the “same ballpark”... they both show there is a great release of HGH when blood sugar is in the range called “hypoglycemia.”

Why is the title of this book “The Illegal Guide to How Kids Can Grow Taller Without Injectable HGH?” What is illegal about it?

Nothing in this book is illegal, at the time that I wrote it (April-May, 2012). It is not even “illegal for athletes” which means it is not against the rules of any sport for an athlete to fast to get hypoglycemia, or to take glibenclamide to get hypoglycemia.

But everything that is too good, they might make “illegal according to the rules of sports...”

Glibenclamide, however, is made legally, and it is used legally by millions of diabetics around the world every day. Nothing in this book is truly “illegal”.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement”) is entered into on this _x___day of ___April, 2012, by and between Ellis Toussier Bigio, Horacio 1729-5, Mexico City, D. F. 11510 ( the” Disclosing Party”), and Your name here--- ___________________________ with address at ______________________ (the “Recipient” or the “Receiving Party”).

The Recipient hereto desires to participate in discussions regarding “The Illegal Guide to ™ How Short Kids Can Grow Taller WITHOUT Injectable Human Growth Hormone” (the “Transaction”).

During these discussions, Disclosing Party may share certain proprietary information with the Recipient.

Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1.Definition of Confidential Information.

(a) For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means any data or information that is proprietary to the Disclosing Party and not generally known to the public, whether in tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to:

(i) any marketing strategies, plans, financial information, or projections, operations, sales estimates, business plans and performance results relating to the past, present or future business activities of such party, its affiliates, subsidiaries and affiliated companies;

(ii) plans for products or services, and customer or supplier lists;

(iii) any scientific or technical information, invention, design, process, procedure, formula, improvement, technology or method;

(iv) any concepts, reports, data, know-how, works-in-progress, designs, development tools, specifications, computer software, source code, object code, flow charts, databases, inventions, information and trade secrets; and

(v) any other information that should reasonably be recognized as confidential information of the Disclosing Party.

Confidential Information need not be novel, unique, patentable, copyrightable or constitute a trade secret in order to be designated Confidential Information.

The Receiving Party acknowledges that the Confidential Information is proprietary to the Disclosing Party, has been developed and obtained through great efforts by the Disclosing Party and that Disclosing Party regards all of its Confidential Information as trade secrets.

(b) Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, Confidential Information shall not include information which:

(i) was known by the Receiving Party (“He” or “She”) prior to receiving the Confidential Information from the Disclosing Party;

(ii) becomes rightfully known to the Receiving Party from a third-party source not known (after diligent inquiry) by the Receiving Party to be under an obligation to Disclosing Party to maintain confidentiality;

(iii) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of or failure to act by the Receiving Party in breach of this Agreement;

(iv) is required to be disclosed in a judicial or administrative proceeding, or is otherwise requested or required to be disclosed by law or regulation, although the requirements of paragraph 4 hereof shall apply prior to any disclosure being made; and

(v) is or has been independently developed by employees, consultants or agents of the Receiving Party without violation of the terms of this Agreement or reference or access to any Confidential Information.

2.Disclosure of Confidential Information.

From time to time, the Disclosing Party may disclose Confidential Information to the Receiving Party. The Receiving Party will:

(a) limit disclosure of any Confidential Information to its advisors, parents, doctors, directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives (collectively “Representatives”) who have a need to know such Confidential Information in connection with the current or contemplated business relationship between the parties to which this Agreement relates, and only for that purpose;

(b) advise its Representatives of the proprietary nature of the Confidential Information and of the obligations set forth in this Agreement and require such Representatives to keep the Confidential Information confidential;

(c)shall keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential by using a reasonable degree of care, but not less than the degree of care used by it in safeguarding its own confidential information; and

(d) not disclose any Confidential Information received by it to any third parties (except as otherwise provided for herein).

Each party shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any of their respective Representatives.

3. Use of Confidential Information.

The Receiving Party agrees to use the Confidential Information solely in connection with the current or contemplated business relationship between the parties and not for any purpose other than as authorized by this Agreement without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of the Disclosing Party.

No other right or license, whether expressed or implied, in the Confidential Information is granted to the Receiving Party hereunder. Title to the Confidential Information will remain solely in the Disclosing Party.

All use of Confidential Information by the Receiving Party shall be for the benefit of the Disclosing Party and any modifications and improvements thereof by the Receiving Party shall be the sole property of the Disclosing Party.

Nothing contained herein is intended to modify the parties' existing agreement that their discussions in furtherance of a potential business relationship are governed by Federal Rule of Evidence 408.

It is agreed that if he should choose to try it, Receiving Party will be under the care of a medical doctor or other qualified adult overseer.

It is agreed that if he should choose to try it, Receiving Party will monitor his blood glucose and take the lab blood tests as instructed to do in the information.

It is agreed that Receiving Party will NOT USE amino acids or vitamin B-3 to attempt to grow taller. Specifically, he will NOT use arginine, ornithine, lysine, glutamine, niacine, (vitamin B-3), or any combination of these or other amino acids meant to try to stimulate the release of growth hormone.

It is agreed that Receiving Party may eat however he wants to, no diet is involved in this method. However, it is recommended that he should not overeat, avoid excessive carbs, and obesity.

It is agreed that Receiving party may decide to exercise, or not exercise as he wishes. However, it is recommended that he should do any heathy exercise, as he would have done otherwise.

5. After Receiving Party decides with his doctor or overseer to discontinue the treatment, he may choose to write about his experience. He will write about his experience truthfully. He will not reveal the details of HOW human growth hormone is caused to be released from our body.

6. Compelled Disclosure of Confidential Information.

Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, the Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information pursuant to any governmental, judicial, or administrative order, subpoena, discovery request, regulatory request or similar method, provided that the Receiving Party promptly notifies, to the extent practicable, the Disclosing Party in writing of such demand for disclosure so that the Disclosing Party, at its sole expense, may seek to make such disclosure subject to a protective order or other appropriate remedy to preserve the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.

Provided that in the case of a broad regulatory request with respect to the Receiving Party’s business (not targeted at Disclosing Party),

the Receiving Party may promptly comply with such request provided the Receiving Party give (if permitted by such regulator) the Disclosing Party prompt notice of such disclosure.

The Receiving Party agrees that it shall not oppose and shall cooperate with efforts by, to the extent practicable, the Disclosing Party with respect to any such request for a protective order or other relief.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Disclosing Party is unable to obtain or does not seek a protective order and the Receiving Party is legally requested or required to disclose such Confidential Information, disclosure of such Confidential Information may be made without liability.

7. Term.

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a two-year term (subject to a one year extension if the parties are still discussing and considering the Transaction at the end of the second year).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties’ duty to hold in confidence Confidential Information that was disclosed during term shall remain in effect indefinitely.

8. Remedies.

Both parties acknowledge that the Confidential Information to be disclosed hereunder is of a unique and valuable character, and that the unauthorized dissemination of the Confidential Information would destroy or diminish the value of such information. The damages to Disclosing Party that would result from the unauthorized dissemination of the Confidential Information would be impossible to calculate.

Therefore, both parties hereby agree that the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to injunctive relief preventing the dissemination of any Confidential Information in violation of the terms hereof. - 43 -

Such injunctive relief shall be in addition to any other remedies available hereunder, whether at law or in equity.

Disclosing Party shall be entitled to recover its costs and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in obtaining any such relief.

Further, in the event of litigation relating to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses.

9. Return of Confidential Information.

Receiving Party shall immediately return and redeliver to the other all tangible material embodying the Confidential Information provided hereunder and all notes, summaries, memoranda, drawings, manuals, records, excerpts or derivative information deriving there from and all other documents or materials (“Notes”) (and all copies of any of the foregoing, including “copies” that have been converted to computerized media in the form of image, data or word processing files either manually or by image capture) based on or including any Confidential Information, in whatever form of storage or retrieval, upon the earlier of :

(i) the completion or termination of the dealings between the parties contemplated hereunder;

(ii) the termination of this Agreement; or

(iii) at such time as the Disclosing Party may so request; provided however that the Receiving Party may retain such of its documents as is necessary to enable it to comply with its document retention policies.

Alternatively, the Receiving Party, with the written consent of the Disclosing Party may (or in the case of Notes, at the Receiving Party’s option) immediately destroy any of the foregoing embodying Confidential Information (or the reasonably nonrecoverable data erasure of computerized data) and, upon request,

certify in writing such destruction by an authorized officer of the Receiving Party supervising the destruction).

10. Notice of Breach.

Receiving Party shall notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information by Receiving Party or its Representatives, or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party or its Representatives, and will cooperate with efforts by the Disclosing Party to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.

11. No Binding Agreement for Transaction.

The parties agree that neither party will be under any legal obligation of any kind whatsoever with respect to a Transaction by virtue of this Agreement, except for the matters specifically agreed to herein. The parties further acknowledge and agree that they each reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to reject any and all proposals and to terminate discussions and negotiations with respect to a Transaction at any time.

This Agreement does not create a joint venture or partnership between the parties.

If a Transaction goes forward, the non-disclosure provisions of any applicable transaction documents entered into between the parties (or their respective affiliates) for the Transaction shall supersede this Agreement. In the event such provision is not provided for in said transaction documents, this Agreement shall control.

12. Warranty. NO WARRANTIES ARE MADE BY EITHER PARTY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WHATSOEVER.

Each party warrants that it has the right to make the disclosures under this Agreement.

The parties acknowledge that although they shall each endeavor to include in the Confidential Information all information that they each believe relevant for the purpose of the evaluation of a Transaction, the parties understand that no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information is being made by either party as the Disclosing Party.

Further, neither party is under any obligation under this Agreement to disclose any Confidential Information it chooses not to disclose.

Neither Party hereto shall have any liability to the other party or to the other party’s Representatives resulting from any use of the Confidential Information except with respect to disclosure of such Confidential Information in violation of this Agreement.

13. Miscellaneous.

a) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties, with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement can only be modified by a written amendment signed by the party against whom enforcement of such modification is sought.

b) The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York applicable to contracts made and to be wholly performed within such state, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions thereof.

The Federal and state courts located in New York shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the terms of this Agreement.

c) Any failure by either party to enforce the other party’s strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

d) Although the restrictions contained in this Agreement are considered by the parties to be reasonable for the purpose of protecting the Confidential Information, if any such restriction is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision will be modified, rewritten or interpreted to include as much of its nature and scope as will render it enforceable. If it cannot be so modified, rewritten or interpreted to be enforceable in any respect, it will not be given effect, and the remainder of the Agreement will be enforced as if such provision was not included.

e) Any notices or communications required or permitted to be given hereunder may be delivered by hand, deposited with a nationally recognized overnight carrier, electronic-mail, or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, in each case, to the address of the other party first indicated above (or such other addressee as may be furnished by a party in accordance with this paragraph).

All such notices or communications shall be deemed to have been given and received (a) in the case of personal delivery or electronic-mail, on the date of such delivery, (b) in the case of delivery by a nationally recognized overnight carrier, on the third business day following dispatch and (c) in the case of mailing, on the seventh business day following such mailing.

f) This Agreement is personal in nature, and neither party may directly or indirectly assign or transfer it by operation of law or otherwise without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. All obligations contained in this Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the parties to this Agreement and their respective successors, assigns and designees. - 47 -

g) The receipt of Confidential Information pursuant to this Agreement will not prevent or in any way limit either party from: (i) developing, making or marketing products or services that are or may be competitive with the products or services of the other; or (ii) providing products or services to others who compete with the other.

h) Paragraph headings used in this Agreement are for reference only and shall not be used or relied upon in the interpretation of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
