    Take 2 deep breaths.

    Hold your thumb out at arms length. Lookdirectly at your thumb and take a deep breath.

    Move the thumb 3 closer. Again look directlyat it and take a deep breath.

    Come out & take some deep breaths, thenhave another 30s eye bath.
