Research Question: How has Tumblr provided a space for the expression of male body image? Subquestion: Do men have unrealistic expectations of their own body image?

METHODOLOGYObjective: To look at what the idealized male body form is according to the males on Tumblr and how they express their feelings towards it through images.Sample: Discussion threads with images on Tumblr about male body image is the sample used to gather information on how Tumblr as a social medium reflects idealized male body types. Came from bloggers ranging in different ages. Procedure: Closed Textual Analysis is the method used to collect data. Analyzed 100 images over a four-week period of time.
