The The GrandSlam projectGrandSlam project and the development and the development of the SL/LC Lorosaeof the SL/LC Lorosae
During three years we’ve learned/shared lots of very important ideas during our meetings/conferences/informal talks:
• The SL is an idea, not a space. All school could/should be a SL/LC
• If the SL closed one day, what would change at school?
• The SL did not happen by chance
• The resources are important , but more important is what you do with them

Last News:Last News:
It means that we can organize our school in some fields in a different way trying to promote the students’ success.
It was the end of a evaluating process of my school in which the SL was also included.
Last September my school and more nineteen schools (in a total of 7000 schools) signed the first “autonomy contracts” in my country.

The Grandslam way?The Grandslam way?
Until now, I’ve been in touch with hundreds of teachers in a training context.
You must be sure that some of the best Grandslam ideas have been disseminated
One of the reasons for being invited to work in the Portuguese School Library Net in 2006 was the success of the Grandsalm project.

A poem A poem
The DREAMFor the dream is that we go,Touched and in silenceWe will arrive? We wont arrive? It has or hasn’t fruits, For the dream it is that we go
It is enough the faith we have. It is enough the hope in that we wont perhaps have. It is enough that we offer the soul with the same joy, to that it is of day-by-day.
We will arrive? We will do not arrive?
We leave. We go. We are.
Sebastião da Gama
O SONHOPelo sonho é que vamos,Comovidos e mudos.Chegamos? Não chegamos?Haja ou não frutos,Pelo Sonho é que vamos.
Basta a fé no que temos.Basta a esperança naquiloQue talvez não teremos.Basta que a alma demos,Com a mesma alegria, ao que é do dia-a-dia.
Chegamos? Não chegamos?
-Partimos. Vamos. Somos.
Sebastião da Gama
