Before you begin, ensure that you have installed iTunes 10.6 or higher. Also, AT&T LTE, 4G or 3G should be displayed in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon. 2. Once you are in the Setting Menu, select the Cellular Data option. 3. When you see the following screen, select View Account.

4. As prompted, enter your e-mail address and your password.

Note: This is the email address and password used during cellular data activation.

5. This will take you to your AT&T Data Plan for iPad Account Overview.

How do I reset my AT&T Data Plan for iPad account password?

Note: You will need to use your AT&T login information here, not your AppleID.

1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon. 2. Once you are in the Setting Menu, select the Cellular Data option. 3. When you see the following screen, select View Account.
