Our goals can become faded and dusty in our minds from time to time, but having reminders for what you should be doing can help you remember why you said you wanted to do it in the first place.
These reminders can be words, pictures, people or causes, and can be different depending on your goal

An Inspiration Board is exactly this - a collage made up of words and images meant to trigger you to do what you set for yourself to do. This is a how-to guide for creating your own inspiration board.
How to Make an Inspiration Board
Step 1: Decide what types of things to include on the board that will trigger you. For example, my goal is to follow what is on my running training plan every day, so I want my board to be made up mostly of inspirational words related to running.
“Put your best foot forward.”
“We keep on keeping on.”
“A shared passion.”
“Zero limits.”
How to Make an Inspiration Board
Step 2: Gather materials to make this board. This can include something like poster board as the base, and things like magazines, newspapers, or photos to build the collage. Don’t forget scissors and glue or tape to hold it all together and markers or pens to write with.
How to Make an Inspiration BoardStep 3: Cut out pictures and words you want to include on your board. Arrange your words and images on the surface and glue, tape, or pin everything down.

Put Your Inspiration Board to UseNow set your inspiration board somewhere you can see it when you will most likely need inspiration.
It’s important to place it somewhere in your environment where you will see it and acknowledge what it represents.
I have my inspiration board set on my closet door and I keep my running shoes just below it. Whenever I see the board, my shoes are easily accessible.
