Why bikes are good for you
•They keep you fit and healthy

• A stands for air• B stands for brakes• C stands for chain • H stands for
handlebars• Before you ride you
must do the ABCH check.
• If something is wrong when you are doing the check, If the tyre feels soft then look if it has a puncture and if it doesn’t, pump it up.

How bikes help the world
• doesn’t cost you any money
• They aren’t that expensive
• They don’t produce Co2• They don’t break down• They don’t use
electricity• They don’t have any air
conditioning or radio• They are very efficient

Carbon Dioxide and Climate Change
• Every time we burn fossils such as gas, coal or oil, Carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere. In a natural carbon cycle, carbon dioxide is re-absorbed by plants and trees.

We have recently had a
Cycling Test and we all passed. Me and Josh liked cycling on the road the best. apparently Josh says “Mr Padfield is a very good teacher”
