HOUSING OPTIONS GUIDE

The University of South Florida is invested in the success of its students and understands the value of a student’s residential experience. This guide provides international students all the necessary information needed to select the housing option that meets their needs.

On Campus: Students will have everything they need right at their fingertips. There are many different residence hall styles to choose from.

Affiliated Housing: These are facilities that have partnered with the university. The community consists of mostly USF students. Fully Furnished: An ideal option for international students. Apartments have desks, beds, and other necessary living furniture. Unfurnished: This means the apartment has no furniture. Students will be required to purchase or rent their own bed, desk, etc.

Information in this guide is for reference purposes only. Rent, fees and requirements are subject to change at the property owners discretion. Please call the leasing offices for more information.
