Those who have lost their job due to being laid-off, bankruptcy, or termination of employment
contract may be considered for reduced premiums. To be qualified for this discount, you need to
submit your certificate of eligibility for unemployment insurance benefit. Please inquire for
details.

(1)In 2020, due to the influence of new coronavirus
infectious disease, person earning main living income in
your house hold will reduce income of this year more than
30% compare to previous year’s income. (The amount that
should be covered by insurance money or damages is
excluded.) Applicable four types of income are
followings,◆ Business income ◆ Real estate
income ◆ Forest income ◆ Salary income

・Re Business income (corresponding part such as the final tax return B of the previous year
and a copy of the blue financial statement)
・Re Real estate income (corresponding part such as the final tax return B of the previous
year and a copy of the blue financial statement)
・Re Forest income (corresponding part such as the final tax return C of the previous year
and a copy of the blue financial statement)
・Re Salary income (final income tax return A from the previous year, withholding tax sheet,
resident tax return copy, etc.)
C. Documents that can confirm that the person earning main income for living closed his business
or he unemployed
(Notification of closure of business, certificate of all closed items, turnover slip, company turnover
certificate, etc.)
※Income declaration or income tax return is required to correctly determine the reduction or
exemption of insurance premiums. If someone in your household have not filed a tax return, please
file a final tax return or resident tax return.
If the person only have salary income or pension income, he or she may not need to declare it.
We will accept the reduction or exemption application for National
Health Insurance premium, Nursing Insurance premium, and Late-
elderly persons Insurance premium at once.
