At the age of 13 years of age Steve first got a glimpse into theworld of spirit when his own home, a pub which was haunted byJacobus West an old landlord who frequented the cellar playingtricks. As he was asked to check the gas bottle, on opening thedoor, he can only describe as like watching a home movie as abarrel was lifted and moved. Thinking he was just seeing thingshe proceeded to go down the cellar and suddenly went icy cold.And a feeling he was going to later recognise as a spirit steppinginto him. Once he heard his father shouting, is that you playingtricks Jacobus, the gas started to work and he ran up the stairsas quick as his legs could carry him. His father explained he hasstripped that cellar from top to bottom and still the gas sometimesdoesn’t work till he gets annoyed and shouts at the old landlord.This coming from a man who don’t believe in ghosts, certainlymade him believe.

Even though he was taken to many development groups wherethe mediums told him it was all inside and he would learn his ownway, it wasn’t till at university where he had to help friends whohad made a make shift Ouija board to call upon a spirit in thehouse, he realised that he may be called upon more than

expected in the field of cleansing homes. He soon realised whatspirit could do and the affect it could have on people as many inthe group became ill. As always taught by his mum not to dabblein such things he called upon her help to help others. Shecontacted a medium friend who gave him the information of whatto do, how to send spirit over and what to look for. Guided byspirit he learnt a lot those few days about how to deal withentities and the affects it could have on people.

Later on he met upon a negative energy, that drained him somuch that his son was seen coming through the walls of thecastle to help. As the spirit spoke it told him he could not protecteveryone and his deepest fears came to the surface. He wassoon found out that this wasn’t so as he was guided how to dealwith such an entity. To this day the events that happened stillhaunt the group and the voice captured is still not been proven asnot paranormal by scientists.

On a few occasions he has come across such entities and evenhad two attached in a dark time he went through. It is only theseexperiences and many more that given Steven the knowledge tohelp those who have had their life’s ruined by the unwantedguests. There is nothing to fear when you have the tools to dealwith such energies and most only attach to those who haveextremely bad life’s that generate enough emotion to feed off.They mostly stick to places or near water where many deathshave happened or to spirits who have done a lot of bad. When you understand that spirit work off negative / emotionalenergies and this is what they use to create chaos in the home,then you can realise that if the vibration of yourself is the firststage in cleansing. For your energy is often what trigger the spiritto become active. In some cases your energy may trigger arepeat situation from the past that is trapped in the building toshow or feel a moment of emotional situation that happened andhas stopped the flow of energy. When spirit tell their story, youhelp them to release what it is that they are holding onto thatstops them from moving on. If they are reliving the last emotionalcircumstance of their life, like a death or losing a loved one, theywill relive it over and over again and often will not even knowyour about. It is only when we change a home, or trigger thespirit with our energy does the energy change. Often we can tellby just feeling that a home isn't feeling right or cold spots start toappear. We often pass it off at first till it gets to a stage when theyhave enough energy or the place is so negative that things startto happen.

In some cases, you may be developing and so as your energygets stronger, you are sending out a beacon of light whichattracts spirit, to either be helped or they want to stop shinningbecause making the place less negative and so harder for themto survive. Because of free will, we often have to trigger spirit insome way for most spirit cannot enter a home without the personpermission. With the increase of paranormal events, placesgetting triggered by emotional energy, we can so easily pick upspirit on our travels, once connected to, they have an energy linethat has been created to feed of the negativity / emotions. It iswith this understanding that you can realise that every person /place you meet we attach to learn lessons and even try to healby absorbing the emotions. This often triggers our own emotionsand why we get people who become very angry or re-act to ourenergy, for the energy we put out to help and heal can oftentrigger a release which most people can't handle or don't want to

deal with their problems and so attack those who giving outhealing energy to stop them facing their insecurities. Theabsorption of too much negativity can send the body into shutdown, or what we term fatigue, to try and deal with releasing theover abundance of negativity. This is why people feel so tiredand lethargic. Even pain can be felt as the body tries to releaseand so comes in physical form as an illness. If you understandthat like a river that is polluted, even if putting lovely energy intothe river, if it is attached to negative energy like pollution feedingit, then eventually the pollution or negative energy will stay. Thisis like your home, every day what you have absorbed is fillingyour place with pollution that you have absorbed from places,work, people and even still are connected to. So only yourenergy is triggering the negativity in the home and why suchcleansing as smudging, only lasts a brief time. For you are nottaking away the pollution that is causing the problem. Especiallyin situations of ley lines ( energy lines ) where the flow of energyis so negative it starts to open a portal to allowing lowervibrations to come through. They are often just energy lines tillpolluted with negativity. This is where a spirit can hide, withoutfear of any cleansing stopping it if the portal is open. It was onlyrecently that learnt that portals can connect to other portals whenyou have been to a haunted location and so bringing in spiritsfrom places into your home.

The key is the flow of energy around the home, which will createcold spots or uneasy areas will show if the place is occupied byunwanted guests. Spirit will tend to build the energy up bycoming out when we are asleep and affecting the environment orelectrical problems. They often don't show till have enoughenergy to really create emotional situations to feed off. Theymean no harm but to survive or stay connected to the place, theyneed negative energies that is your emotions. Nothing can harmyou, unless you let it and even then your ancestors, loved onesand your soul will be protecting but because of free will, you canstill choose to connect or feed them with energy. So really it isnot about the place but about you for you can also bring a spirit

from other homes or if the spirit has been connected to thefamily, it can be passed on. The only difference is when dealingwith curses and if someone has attached an entity to you. Theonly other way that spirit can be in your home is if they arealready there or they have an attachment to an object. This wewill deal with later on in the book.

Stage 1 - Change your vibration

By changing your vibration you can make it harder for a spirit toattach. Negative energy cannot attach to a higher vibration butwill still have a small amount of vibration in it. When we flow thisenergy we are less likely to attract negative energies, unless wemerge to help others who may have a spirit attached. If vibratinglove and peace, we actually raise other people and theenvironment to get back to the flow that is in everything, what wecall the source. Negativity stops the flow, so by getting yourself toflow, you are letting go of negativity. So the first stage is flowingagain, this is done with simple meditation or visualisation or evenbecause it is the body that holds onto negativity, drinkingwarmish water regularly will let go of negativity or even imagineyourself flowing down the river, will get you flowing again ordoing things you enjoy.

Stage 2 - Aligning yourself to your soul

Your soul is the source, is the energy within you that guides youto find peace. By aligning yourself to this energy, you are flowinga higher vibration that negativity cannot attach. By repeatingevery hour, I love myself x 10 and I am peace x 10, you areigniting the love to flow and get re-connected but also emergingthe body which holds onto negativity / emotions / lessons. Byaligning you are vibrating the energy that will eventually cut fromnegativity and so will change the flow of you, others and yourhome. Once you have done this a few times you can even feelthe peace that comes from being love and being peace. The joy

from being at one with yourself. In the sharing we evolve but alsowe get back to what we was from the beginning, a pure energy.

Stage 3 - Cutting the ties

The world moulds to our vibration. So it is very important to notbe over burdened with energies that cause us not to flow. Byimagining cutting ties (emotional ties) to all we have met andplaces we have visited, we release the blockages that attach tous to create experiences to let go of the emotions we hold onto.Spirit world are very good at triggering insecurities we may haveburied deep inside of us or are from past life lessons still on thebody. By imagining cutting ties from the heart, we can visualiseall the negative energy flowing away and even by putting peaceenergy down the lines, we stop the attachments reattaching. Forour environment, family, friends and people with similar worrieswill be attracted to our vibration. Free will means we don't have toattach to them but often we do automatically when come intocontact and is why we attract similar people who cause usproblems or have similar problems. Stage 4 - Changing your thoughts

Our thoughts create our experience, what we focus on we create.If an energy wants to get your emotions, it triggers yourweaknesses, for then it can feed off the energy you put out. Myinsecurity is false people, who claim to be something they are notwhen teaching people. When I am trying to help others tocleanse their homes, they often try and put me off by triggeringinsecurity in the hope I will not recognise and just start moaningabout false people. It is funny but when what I call the paranoidstage affects you, you just go off on one. You still had free will toexperience and so you have taken yourself away from the

source. We tend to see more problems and people are attractedto trigger more of our insecurities but is just our vibration that iscreating. Rather than let your thoughts go off on one and createa world that hasn't even happened or attract people to re-enforceyour insecurity, just imagine all your problems being put in aimaginary box. Even thoughts to do with future or past that hasnothing to do with the present. For this will trigger your brain tostart thinking and creating lessons to release the negativity orlack created from separating from the source. Whether it is spiritor over abundance of negativity that is triggering your insecuritiesto release the problems you have by putting in a imaginary box,you have told your brain you have dealt with it and so it doesn'tstart creating false illusions to learn lessons to release. The braingets involved when the body is absorbing negativity and doesn'tknow the answer, so creates a situation in the hope you will dealwith the negativity or problem. To show how negativity affects thebody, think of something that winds you up or feel pain on thebody thinking about it. Try and get the word that highlights it all.Then repeat the word and after about ten times you will start tofeel uneasy or pain in the body as it reacts. Now imagine yourconnected to thousands of people and you can now realise whatnegativity can do. All from a single thought is connected to many.

Stage 5 - Bring the source into your home to cleanse

Nature is the most wonderful cleanser, it balances everythingand gets everything to flow. This makes it hard for negativity tolive. By cleansing yourself in nature and then expanding to yourhome, you will create an amazing place of energy. Your life willflow and so will those who are around you, it bring peace toevery home. Very good if you have plants in your home also asthey start to flourish with this energy. Here are the key elementsto cleanse yourself and get your home flowing;

When we bring the energy of all of the above, it creates thesource flow to ignite in us and our home to relieve it from thenegativity we hold onto. Whether you can visualise or just knowyour doing it, you can bring the energy of nature into our home.By using our five senses, we merge with the energy to flow intoour home. So imagine yourself at a waterfall or get a picture of awaterfall. Imagine your self there using your five senses, so feelthe waterfall as you step in it, hear birds flying bye, smell theflowers or see the lush green grass. You don't have to tasteunless you want to. Just a knowing your doing these things isenough. Then imagine the energy of the waterfall in your hands,getting bigger and bigger. Pour this energy into a transparent boxin the room as you add the energy. For your first time I wouldcreate images of using your 5 senses on all the elements, soeventually when you think of any of the elements you will feel theenergy. You can after waterfall just imagine the energy of all inyour hands and pour into the box. Once poured all the energyinto the transparent box, step into the box and feel the cleansing.You have seven energy wheels in the body, feel them spinningall in line as your body is being cleansed. Feel this energyencasing you and is a lovely protection. Then imagine thiscombined energy going throughout the house cleansing. You can

just imagine the box expanding and becoming your home.Always makes sure it goes further than your home. You can alsoimagine your family members and friends who may need acleansing but do ask the soul of theirs first as experience issometime needed. People sometimes have to experiencelessons and so we cant get involved for then we can change apath.

Stage 6 - Neutralise everything negative in home with love.

Nature will cleanse most but because of free will, negativity still isa vibration and so part of the source. It has it part to play inbalance but when we become one with the source, it no longer isneeded as we are the source that is apart of everything. So bysending love around the home, we can flow everything that hasstopped flowing from the negativity attached. Everything thathasn't love in it or been used for at least six months is not doingits purpose and so will flow negativity. So all you hoarders orthose who hold onto to something broken because you may getaround to fixing it, you are just creating a world of negativity. Soby sending love we neutralise that which isn't flowing and thennature will ignite to flow once more, making it hard for negativityto attach. By now you may have realised that we are creating avibration that negativity can attach to, because of free will you willattract lessons to learn but the more you are flowing the source,the less likely you are to attach to negativity. The problem onlybecomes a problem when we make it into a problem. Your homeonly becomes a problem when you think you have a problem. Soto send love you have to vibrate love. You have to have noattachments to the outcome for then you are creating a need or awant, which creates a lack and so a lesson to learn. When wemerge with nature and feel apart of it, we are love, so bycleansing we have started the process but we are going to getyou to ignite love and then imagine it flowing around home. Soimagine roots coming out of the bottom of your feet, going deepinto the ground, connecting to the source. Then imagine heavensenergy pouring into your head and think of time you felt most

love. Mine is the time my son was born and feel the love ofsharing. Let the energy build until feel joy by connecting and it isthat energy we send around your home. Go from room to roomand you may feel if there is spirit, then they will move very quicklyto areas that are not flowing love. Remember to send love intothe roof also and about a foot around your home, just in case ithas come from your neighbours home. By doing this then you willhave pushed the spirit outside your home for now.

Stage 7 - Seal your home in white light

Because we naturally bring negative energy we absorb fromplaces and people, it is always good to keep a protection goingon your home to make sure when certain visitors come, they arenot bringing with them unwanted guests. By sealing yourself inwhite light and waterfall, anything negative is dissolved before itgets to you, so doing it to your home is very important. Anywindows, doors and even mirrors need to be sealed in white lightto ensure no negativity is brought back in. I often do white light orpurple at night time before go bed around my bed with angels tokeep me protected at nights, while I sleep because we oftenastral travel ( leave the body with etheric chord to help others,that can lead to attack). So by sealing yourself you stop those atnight bothering you for help. Also make sure you seal mirrors asthis can be used as a portal once opened.

Protection

I am amazed when speak to people on protection what little theyknow about it, yet to me protection is the most important aspectof my job. With having to help so many out, in the early days Irealised that it wasn't just me that was being affected. Comingfrom a long line of mediums on both sides of my family, my familywould get visitations from spirit on paranormal events I did oreven places I visited to help. Once I agree to helping someonethen often my life would be affected. You may wonder why I do it

then and sometimes I ask myself that question. But from firsthand knowledge of what pure negative energies can do to aperson, then someone has to share knowledge and help thosewho cant help themselves. My heart gets affected when childrenare involved. Normally only happens when a spirit has hold onthe parents, they turn to the children for we all know that is onearea that truly gets to us and triggers our emotions. My soncouldn't sleep at nights and thankfully I know why now, a good tipis to teach them about calling angels to help, even though myson did ask why we have fairies at the bottom of the bed.Confirmation that angels do protect. Spirit will affect familymembers as well and sometimes when we have cleared a homeand person they try and use family as a means to reconnect.That is why we send peace down the lines after cutting. They keyto protection is white light and imagine waterfall flowing aroundyou. But remember that everyone you help, you let down thewhite light and is why I say to put waterfall around. You can evenimagine pink light in your heart and seal yourself in that orprogramme a crystal, especially quartz to protect from negativity.Clearing emotions is the key, so before you go sleep, imagineletting go of emotions by putting in a box and also in the morningas well to let go. If healing, letting go of what absorbed and eventhose friends who dump their life story on you or feel negative,you could do with clearing emotions afterwards. Getting intonature also lets go of negativity and may be having running waterin home. A dream catcher is great also and especially forchildren and salt crystals by the bed, can absorb negativity.Plants also very good but too much negativity will kill them. I alsodo a total cleansing from past life, childhood and blockages ofthe body. Protection is important, some meditations will also helpto cleanse your emotions, stop the brain over working by gettingyou more relaxed. So the more you protect you and your home,the harder it is for negativity to cause problems. Even protectyour family because I have seen the affects of a person beingpossessed and it isn't funny. Sending love into a person willdetach the entity from them. But remember that if triggering yourinsecurities, they could be triggering those around you to cause

more chaos. You can normally tell in their eyes, like glazed affectand also seem to be laughing at you for no reason. It isexperience that helps you to pick up the signs, like overabundance of negativity happening in your life, or some may saybad luck.

You may be wondering when we are going to actually deal withspirit but without this first stage, you are leaving yourself open toabsorbing too much negativity that will make it hard to releasespirit that is attached. For spirit can even affect you whilst not onyour premises and so by doing the seven stages you are gettingthe foundation right to lesson the hold that spirit may have onyou. In a few days, you will feel such a difference to your homeand will be less paranoid about it not working, triggering fear andemotions that has even got people to send me away fromhelping. I love to hear that spirit are friendly and so I am keepingthem at my home. Then six months later they are crawling thewalls as there home is so negative and have attracted so muchbad luck into their life's. Spirit are emotionally based and why stillconnected to the earth. They will use any means to get your

energy so they may be able to contact loved ones and clear theirown emotions. It is a survival mechanism and sorry but your justtheir ticket to freedom and so will do anything, even pretending tobe a family member or higher guide. If you work of the basis, likeattracts like, then a spirit is attracted to a person who has a lot ofemotions to feed off or are working in the field of helping people.So many healer friends tell me they work with higher energiesand so no way are they being affected by spirit but even bythinking your working with higher entities is detaching yourselffrom the source which is part of everything and so creating alesson. You are an easy target if medium or healer, as you youoften think your above cleansing and being healed yourselfbecause you do. It fascinates me that most people who wanttheir places cleansed call upon those who probably have moreissues or negativity than most because work in the field ofnegativity. Mediums and healers are connected to more peopleand so are perfect emotional tools to use. They get down thelines of those people to affect friends and clients. This has aneffect of bringing more negativity to your door to feed off. Often ahouse who has had a medium who won't admit if not cleared, willcreate a flow of energy that will increase activity. Not allmediums, because there are genuine ones who know it is a twoway experience, have studied the energy flow and throughexperience have learnt the key is the person. They oftenmeditate and do regular cleansing and open to suggestions.

There is always sign of what type of activity is connected to yourhome. I don't really want to get into the different types ofhaunting's because the film industry has created enough hypeabout what could happen. If you vibrate negativity or feed then"yes" they can affect your life. If you want to go sit in pollutionevery day, then "yes" you will create illness and possible bad life.By feeding anything with fear, like a bully you give them yourpower to do more. You have a choice to get angry, be nasty, beparanoid, hate the world and more. So if choose to not have anegative energy in your home then you won't, for you are incharge. Sometimes even loved ones are creating events in yourhome in the hope you will see someone and get the message toyou. So not all the time it is of a negative energy. Most spirits aresomeone’s family member, trying to release emotions to move onor help loved ones. You may be being contacted to help a friend,and because you have put this glowing beacon of light, theycome down the lines of family members and friends tocommunicate.

Are they past residents of the property

If they are connected to the home, then they are also connectedto your vibration ( like attracts like). So you may have an emotionyou need clearing too. For nothing is coincidence and we oftenchoose the best environment to learn from. Whether you arehere to learn by helping or to clear an emotion you have attachedto your body, a spirit is drawn to the vibration and often if alreadythere, have that vibration in the home and why you chose thehouse.

Story :I have so many stories where the previous occupants are still inthe home and often it is when you alter the place, they suddenlyappear. On this one occasion is wasn't just because the personhad made some alterations to the place but they were trying tohelp the person in the home and also help themselves. One of

the strangest house cleansing was when the land that the housewas built on was cursed by local gypsies who had been chuckedof a racecourse to build new homes in the 1950's. The old couplewho had passed away told me of the bad luck and horrible lifethey had living in the home and could see how the curse wasaffecting the new owners. Luckily having a medium in my familywho did curses means that I think she helps me to clear them asa penance for what she had created. I know the devastation acurse could cause and why I would never entertain doing them.With curses often a 16th Century warriors are attached and comein the figure of tall dark figures. They are assigned by witcheswithout knowing to deal with a witch in the home. That was theirjob while alive and so are tricked by those who they hunted tomake their life's a misery. Often after few months of attachingthey start to show themselves. They also come through a portalin your home and the energy feels like it is going into a wall. Onthis occasion they were coming through a window which we laterfound was changed from a wall. After clearing the portal andsending them back which whoever sent them will receive threetimes the bad luck back and is a sign if friends or enemies havecursed you for they often have terrible bad luck all of a sudden,so for those who create curses be aware that there is those of uswho know how to send back. I also cleansed the spirit couple ofthe curse and helped them over and sorted the curse on thefamily when a gypsy had tried to sell lucky heather and becausethe person refused, she cursed the family and all theirgenerations to come. It was reported back that it was the firstproper night sleep she had in years. Not surprised with two leylines running through your bedroom. You can feel after cleansea home and got rid of unwanted guests. I don't get rid of familybut ask that they stay away for a few days, so not to createconfusion for the owners that spirit are still there. Family come ona different vibration and can make you feel warm when around.

Where they came from and how arrived?

When you find the story to where they came from you can isolatethe chances of being brought back in. Sometimes people bringspirit into the home from a place they have visited or done somework at. With so many paranormal events and televisioncoverage we can so easily attach to places and allow spirit intoour homes. By finding out where came from you can thenunderstand what the story or message is and why attracted.activity tend to increase months later but the first signs are thereto know when first started. This is good indication of how thespirit was brought to the home.

Story:This was a strange one and certainly a very interesting case thatI had to sort. I got a phone call about a lady energy. Who washaunting their home. They had three cars because the spirit wasstopping two of them work in the morning, they had an ice creambusiness but had to give up because often the freezer sectionwas switched off. It was like someone was trying to keep them athome. They had lights being switched off, bulbs blowing, and thelist was endless. This had gone on for two tears and started toreally affect their health and mind. So they wanted to come for areading but I suggested a visit to where it was all happening. Thegentleman was adamant and wanted answers, so he wasbooked in for a reading. As he sat down, I made him and his wifecomfortable and started to tune in. I had a young boy and a mancome through. the gentleman stood up through a £20.00 on thefloor and said you obviously cant help me because I feel it is alady energy. I handed back his money and said if I don't connectthen I don't take money but did feel that who I had was right andconnected to this situation. But felt I needed to be at their placeto sort for them. They was obviously distraught and invited meback to theirs.On entering their home I felt a lovely energy in the place, loads oflove and peace. This slightly put me off but then once started totune in, I scanned to find a young girl energy. They said they had

a daughter but I said it was a young girl in spirit but she don'twant to talk to me because keeps hiding. She thinks I am here toget rid of here and she loves your daughter and the dog. He phoned me next day to tell me the story, how she had seenhim at the pub he was working at and loved the dog, so followedhim home. She liked his daughter and feeling of a family. He toldme he remembers the pub and they did have a fire and he wasthere to gut it. The whole family perished he told me.I visited him the next day to find out that the little girl had gonethrough the energy portal that opened once told the story and hefelt a man and boy waiting on the other side. this confirmed to methat she had gone and that the visitors at my house was trying tohelp. He apologized for how he acted and thanked me for all myhelp. It was such an amazing experience and to actuallycommunicate himself was amazing and never thought he coulddo. It gave him the confidence to open his heart to Amy begetting more family members through. All for a reason..

What is the story or emotional situation that triggered them?

When we find the story we release the emotions trapped in theplace and spirit. Often spirit that are trouble to move on becausethey need to tell their story before they can. When we upset theenvironment by paint and decorating or altering, they suddenlytend to realise that someone else is in their home and is trying to

upset their place they needed due to emotional attachment. Evenjust the energy of us can trigger their emotions that create themto not want to go there because of the pain it will cause. Theymay not have bodies but the soul often carries the emotions withthem to try and release, next time on the earth that we refuse tolet go. Spirit will stay where they once was till learned the lessonto move on. That environment was created by them to learn andsome emotions are so strong that they stay or visit to learn.Because some spirit want to feel the good flow of energy that isbeing drawn too to move on to the light. They may visit placesthat gave them joy and so when it is being changed, they getupset and start to try and get rid of those changing it.

Story:I was called out to a home where a the owners son was beingaffected by a spirit. The child was only one years old but waswaking and pointing during the night. It often cried at a certaintime of night, often around 3am the owners had noticed. Onarrival the energy was very protective of the room the child wassleeping in and the cot was in a ley line or energy line, making iteasy for activity to happen. Below the child’s room, I had noticedalso a portal open created by a Ouija board. so giving a doubleaffect of negativity. By putting the child in the this had triggeredthe spirit which was walking back and forth from the cot and thenseem to just collapse. This repeated action, showed that it was aresidual energy (trapped energy of an event) of what the personwas going through and also he was reliving his death that meanthe wasn't conscious of his surroundings.Once I released the young man from his emotional event, thebigger picture started to emerge. He had been doing a Ouijaboard with friends downstairs and was paranoid that he girlfriendwas having an affair. He overdosed by accident on drugs andwas so trying to get to see his son that he had created the lasttime he saw his son was in his cot. So the overdose andcollapsing was his last moments upstairs and wanting to be withhis son had created a event that repeated. Once he told his storyand remembered, realise the baby wasn't his and why he was

triggered to show his last movements. He was helped over,where is mum was waiting for him and so he could go and seehis son who was still alive. he was so sorry for his overdose andeven though didn't do on purpose, the fear of his girlfriendbetraying him, was enough for him to be like he called it in acloud of just the picture of his girlfriend betraying him and as hejust started to leave his body he tried to return because realisedhe had his son to live for. Once released the energy changedand we later found out that a lad did die from an overdose and hewas found at 3am.

The fear of the owners girlfriend was her boyfriend was cheatingand she would lose her son. So when she realised if the worsthappened, she would be still be able to visit her son, she let go ofthe fear, creating the experience.

Once the story was found then the spirit went over and so nomore happening in the home. When checked further a lot ofpeople who rented the home, often the couples would split up. Iwonder why?.

What is the message they want to share

I always like to get the big picture to why I have been called outor even the connection the family have got. It never surprises mewhen people are guided to receive help from myself and find mefrom nowhere on the Internet. Often it is when in direcircumstances but that is part of the job. Family in spirit will gogreat lengths to get my attention to a problem or get me to helpcertain members of there family. There has been many timeswhen it is just family members trying to communicate throughleaking taps, objects going missing, songs, smells, knocks onitems and many more things they do to let us know they arearound. I love putting out candles but you got to make sure theyare supervised. Often when I am writing and an idea comes tome, I hear a knock or shown fireworks to say I am on the right

path. With a candle they can answer you yes and no or evenmake the flame go longer to let know you are around. I heard atweekend from a lovely medium that she has different candles forfamily members to highlight who wants to communicate. Theywill always find a way to get through with so will use any situationto get you to do what they want. I call this the message, asthrough my time as a medium, I was always looking for themessage or big picture.

Story:I was called with a few friends to go and investigate a home thatwas getting a lot of activity. The mother had cleansed it well butsome ley lines was open and reoccurring smells wasn't an entityhaunting but a grandmother who wanted me to help. Aftercleansing the home of the two spirits residing at the place, I wasdrawn to the baby bed. I noticed that the child was in a ley lineand it had a type of rash on its head. I brought it up in passingconversation and they have been to doctors but couldn't find outwhat it was. I was being told it was because of the negativity inthe house especially where the baby was sleeping. I didn't wantto alarm the parents and though I could pop back astral and healthe baby (astral travel in soul form to do healing, some say itsdistance healing) My colleague sat down on the floor and when Isaid it was time to go, she couldn't move. Well we laughed andwhen I went to help her up, I couldn't move her. I saw a picture ofthe baby in its bed and knew that grandmother wasn't letting mego till I sorted the baby out . We still talk about this occasion andeveryone says that no way couldn't the person move, but Iassure you she wasn't moving because as soon as I had donehealing, she leapt up.

Sometimes the lesson was created by you

It always amazes me that every house cleanse or event I do thatI still learn something new or get a totally new experience. Neverany houses are the same and some with three ley lines, cancause some problems. There is always a lesson or a chance to

learn some new technique as I go around cleansing homes.Even when doing from a distance, with help from friends pastover, I always find something to learn about. So the more you areopen to the two way experience, the more you learn thateverything happens for a reason and you may miss a lesson toevolve.

Story:One of my fears is that my family is affected by me dabbling inhelping other release negative entities from their homes. On aparanormal event, I was so trying to protect the people of theplace that when I was so drained by a negative energy that I sawvisions of my son come through the wall and giving me energy. Icalmly asked my son to go back to bed and thanked for his help.This had played on my mind for some time and is why cut tiesregularly every day and more when do paranormal events. I wassoon to find out that this experience was true and that my sondoes astral travel as most children probably do.

On this occasion I was helping a lady who had been on one ofmy medium-ship courses. She had asked me to help becausefear of her daughters being affected. I agreed but said I canastral do there room and so wont need to go in and scare themby having a stranger in the home. I found a Ouija board had beenused, ley lines opened and even a vortex (energy portal createdoften in the ground by witches burying animals and chanting tocreate energy.) in back garden that needed cleansing. She hadamazing energy and could see why they were bothering her withmessages. On cleansing the whole house, I came across thebedroom which had a different energy. So to really fix on theproblem I opened my hands and out of corner of my eye, saw astand up mirror with spirit coming out. I asked if she had used themirror downstairs where the Ouija board had been used and shesaid yes for doing her make up etc. I explained that this hadopened up a portal and they was using the mirror as a way in.Suddenly as I turned around a young girls face popped her headthrough the wall, I asked her to go back to sleep and that

everything was ok. I didn't think any more of it and it reminded ofmy visitation from my son.

The next day I received a phone call to say she had the bestnight sleep and thank you for all your help and she hadsomething happened she liked to share. In the morning her fouryear old daughter jumped into bed and said " who was that niceman in your bedroom last night with his hands open". She said"she just brushed it off as the child must have been dreaming"but she said "she was adamant there was a man". I had justrealised that that was the only room I opened my hands to feelfor the problem and most of the house was straight forward inwhat was going on. So I had got my answer that my son wasvisiting me astral and that we need to cut ties to stop energiesfrom using this fear we have. The bonus was that our familyliving and in spirit are always there to help us.

So as you can see, here is some stories to highlight that spirit arereally just trying to release emotional turmoil that they have heldonto and may at first on some occasions look to be wanting toharm you but just after energy to do things and gain enoughenergy to show loved ones that they are around. The more welearn to recognise signs, release emotional attachments to lovedones, the easier it will be to know they are around.

So there is always a message, a story or reason for activitywhether to help you develop, to get your attention, to steer you inright direction or to just know they are around. Spirit is someones loved ones trying to ask for help. They may need to scareyou at first to gain your energy but on the whole even their worstenergies to survive have to make the place negative and so havea job to do. It is us who feed them energy and give them thepower to do things because they still need our consent to bearound our homes, unless it was there homes before. In findingthe answer to the key to spirit removal, you have already got apicture to why there and what to do. Sometimes banning themfrom the house to give you some peace, while you flow again is

good idea but remember that spirit can get down lines andproject situation that are not even happening and why we askyou to put problems in the box. For it is the fear of often that ishow they get back through visiting friends and family to try andreconnect. A sign that your cleansing is working, just send lovedones and family members peace so they don't act upon thenegativity given to them. If someone seems to be over attackingyou for no reason, then it is often they have been feed negativity.Send them love, can also break the connection.

Everything we come into contact with will have our energy, so ifthe item is taken away, it will still vibrate our energy and so is aneasy way to attach spirit to objects. If they particular liked anobject then they can travel to where ever it is. So if an spirit istrying to connect with you and you have cleared your home, thenhaving there energy acts like a portal for them to project into thehome by triggering a memory.

Story:When in Ireland I came across a situation where the family washaunting a girl who came from long line of witches. As also anature person, she was being drawn away from this too give upher powers she had of being a witch. An old grandmother wantedthe powers back, the story went and so was trying all sorts ofways to destroy the girls life to wanting to take suicide, so oncemore the power could be passed on. After clearing a curse anddealing with the family and banning all members from the home, Iwas being visited by the grandmother. Even though it was onlyresidual it seemed so real. I had protected the home and sealedit and couldn't work out how she was still able to get in and scarethe family. But it soon came apparent she was using an objectthat the girl had been handed down to trigger the presence of herbeing in the room, creating energy to feed off. I learnt how tobound an energy to keep it from the home (due to free will thislasts for few days), how objects can be used and also the reason

for the family wanting the power. For the girl could release soulsthat had been trapped for centuries. A lot of people werepromised if gave up their souls that they would protect the familyfrom harm, for riches and more. But often this used in the plaguedays and so not many families were saved. A soul gives a lot ofpower when given up and often keeps the person holding ontothe soul more youthful looks I was told. By tracing the personwho has been affected you can release by unconditional love.This I was shown by spirit and have used only on a fewoccasions. Even though I am not sure about possessions, thisand a few trance mediums situations, I have seen a spirit,controlling the body but those who gave up there body andallowed this to happen, showed that still we have free will to notlet anyone merge with our energies. They can't do anything reallyharmful as we still have free will to let them but once we threaten,then I have come across a few nasty markings on a body. It isquite scary dealing and removing an energy but those who canstay with love in their hearts will never be taken over or hurt.

Until lesson is learnt the programming or energy that started thelesson or experience will still be there vibrating until is released.

The paranormal has taught me so much about the spirit worldneeding as much help as spirit and how negative energy canhave a major impact on the body. Just sleeping in a ley line cancause a major health problems as you are absorbing negativeenergy when polluted. So is why I have included my owntechniques, as I have had to go to so many places where socalled experts have actually caused more damage than help. For if the person doing it doesn'tunderstand what spirit can do, they are actually creating anotherlink of emotional turbulence to add to the situation.
