Lokacija se nalazi u Hotonju u Opštini Vogošća.
Na parcelu se postavljaju dva tipa kuća te apartmani. Kućama se pristupa sa novoizgrađene interne saobraćajnice, dok se apartmanima pristupa sa postojeće saobraćajnice.

There are two types of houses and the apartments. The houses are accessible from the newly constructed internal roads, while apartments have access from the existing road .

Objekat stambene individualne kuće sastoji se od dvije etaže.
Komunikacija između prizemlja i sprata objekta ostvarena je putem jednokrakog stepeništa koje je pozicionirano uz glavni ulaz u objekat.
Cjelina dnevnog boravka sadrži dnevnu sobu i trpezariju i organizacijski spadaju u tip otvorenog plana. Kuhinja ima direktnu vezu sa trpezarijom i baštom.
Na prizemlju su smješteni wc i roditeljska soba sa pripadajućim kupatilom.
U suterenu objekta nalaze se dvije spavaće sobe. Pored ove dvije sobe, u suterenu se nalazi i gostinjska soba sa pripadajućim kupatilom. U suterenu objekta je također projektovano i zajedničko kupatilo. Sve sobe imaju direktnu vezu sa baštom.
Uz dnevni boravak nalazi se otvorena terasa pokrivena pergolom.

Ground floor has a master bedroom with accompanying bathroom.
Floor -1 has two bedrooms, shared bathroom and a guest room with private bathroom. All rooms are directly connected with the garden.
Besides the living room there is an open terrace with a pergola.

Objekat stambene individualne kuće sastoji se od dvije etaže.
Objekat je jasno razdvojen u dva volumena, javni i privatni dio kuće.
Komunikacija između prizemlja i sprata objekta ostvarena je putem dvokrakog stepeništa koje je pozicionirano uz glavni ulaz u objekat.
Cjelina dnevnog boravka sadrži dnevnu sobu, trpezariju i kuhinju i organizacijski spadaju u tip otvorenog plana. Kuhinja ima direktnu vezu sa trpezarijom i baštom.
Na prizemlju su smješteni master soba sa pripadajućim kupatilom, dječija soba i kupatilo .
Na spratu objekta nalaze se dvije spavaće sobe. Master soba sa pripadajućim kupatilom, dječija soba i kupatilo.

Izgradnja se vrši u fazama planiranim prema projektu. Sve faze trebaju biti završene u ranije određenim rokovima. Ovlaštena osoba za nadzor treba da prati i reguliše sve faze izgradnje i da kontroliše radnike na gradilištu.
Construction is carried out in stages according to the planned project. All phases should be completed within specified time limits. The authorized supervisor should monitor and regulate all phases of construction and control the workers at the construction site.
U konstruktivnom smislu objekat je predviđen kao zidan klasičnom gradnjom, sa armiranobetonskim horizontalnim i vertikalnim serklažima.
Međuspratne konstrukcije su armiranobetonske.
Svijetla visina prizemlja je 2.50m dok sprat ima svijetlu visinuod 2.60 m.
Structurally, the building is designed as a masonry building with reinforced horizontal and vertical concrete ring beams.
The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete.
The ground floor ceilings is 2.50m high while the first floor is 2.60 m high.
Konstruktivni vanjski zidovi rađeni u armiranom betonu određene marke, odgovarajuće debljine u skladu sa statičkim proračunom. Imaju funkciju horizontalnog seizmičkog ukrućenja sa primarnom armiranobetonskom konstrukcijom. Nose ulogu nosivih primarnih elemenata.
Nosivi unutrašnji zidovi/stubovi će biti izgrađeni od armiranog betona određene marke u odgovarajućoj glatkoj oplati.
The structural exterior walls are made of reinforced concrete of a chosen brand with an appropriate thickness in accordance with the static calculation. The walls function as horizontal seismic bracings with an reinforced concrete structure. They have a function of loadbearing structure.
The load-bearing interior walls/columns are made of reinforced concrete of a chosen brand in the corresponding smooth formwork.

Nenosivi vanjski zidovi su izvedeni od opečnih šupljih blokova Porotherm debljine 20 cm u cementnom malteru miješanom u omjeru 1:3:9. Ovi blokovi se izvode u ravni i pravcu sa vanjskim armiranobetonskim elementima (zidovi, grede, parapeti), odnosno u skladu sa arhitektonskim nacrtima i detaljima. Redovi zidanih opečnih blokova moraju biti potpuno horizontalni, sa spojnicama maksimalne širine 1 cm koje moraju biti u potpunosti ispunjene i zalivene malterom. Za zidanje je potrebno koristiti dolomitni pijesak za spravljanje maltera i vodu koja nema sastojke koji mogu štetiti ovim radovima. Na uglovima je potrebno predvidjeti ugradnju aluminijumskih lajsni.

Izrađena je toplinska zaštita zidova fasade fasadnim izolacionim pločama sa preklopom od ekspandiranog polistirola EPS - F debljine 10 i 12 cm u zavisnosti od pozicije izolacije. Ploče se postavljaju lijepljenjem ploča na zidove i dodatnim sidrenjem udarnim vijcima.
Unutrašnja obrada vanjskih zidova je od dvoslojnog maltera koji se izvodi u tri sloja: špric, grubi pa fini sloj. Debljina maltera je 2-2,5cm. Nakon toga izvršena je priprema grundiranjem i gletovanjem u dva sloja za završno nanošenje unutrašnjih finalnih premaza.
Na vanjskim zidovima zajedničkih prostora unutrašnji finalni premaz je izvršen fasadnom bojom prema uputstvu proizvođača. Ova boja treba da omogući lakše održavanje unutrašnjih zajedničkih prostora te u skladu s tim treba biti periva i lagana za održavanje te otporna na dezinfekciona sredstva i sredstva za čiščenje.
Instalacija kanalizacije riješena je kao razdjelni sistem na fekalnu i oborinsku kanalizaciju. Fekalna kanalizacija obuhvata odvod otpadne vode od sanitarnih uređaja do priključka na uličnu kanalizaciju, a oborinska kanalizacija se prihvaća putem olučnih vertikala i potom se sekundarnom mrežom odvodi do upojnog bunara.

The house has a thermal protection for walls that consists of facade insulation panels with an overlap of expanded polystyrene EPS - F, with a thickness of 10 to 12cm, regarding the position of insulation. Panels are glued to the wall and adittionaly anchored with striking bolts.
The inner treatment of the exterior walls is made of two-layered mortar that contatins three layers: sprayed plaster, coarse layer and fine layer. The thickness of the plaster is 2 - 2,5 cm. After that, the preparation for the final coating is made with primering and plastering in two layers.
On outter walls of common areas, the inner final coating will be done with facade paint by manufacturer’s instructions. The final color layer should allow easier maintenance of indoor common areas and in accordance with these they should be washable and easy to maintain as well as resistant to the disinfectants and cleaning agents .
The sewerage system was solved as a divided system dividing the sewage and storm drain. The sewewrage system covers waste water from the sanitary equipment to the connection on the street sewage and the stormwater sewer is accepted via downpipes and then the secondary network of drains to the drainage well.
The compound sanitary equipment to the raiser is provided with a plastic pipe. Ventilation for the sewerage system is installed at the roof with vent caps.

Objekat je propisno snadbjeven svim potrebnim količinama vode. Vodovodni sistem objekta obezbjeđuje korištenje tople i hladne vode za sanitarne čvorove. Svi vertikalni i horizontalni odvojci kao i sanitarni uređaji snadbjeveni su potrebnim brojem ventila (zatvarača) za nesmetan rad i održavanje vodovodne mreže.
Mjerenje vode za objekat vršit će se preko vodomjera koji su smješteni u šahtu ispred objekta.

The building is properly stocked with necessary quantities of water. The water supply system of this object provides hot and cold water for sanitary facilities. All vertical and horizontal branches such as sanitary devices have required number of vent pipes (shutters) for smooth operation and maintenance of the water supply network.
Measurement of water for the facility will be carried out over the water counter, which is located in the manhole in front of the building .

Glavna razvodna tabla je tipska stanska razvodna tabla sa prostorom za ugradnju 36 automatskih osigurača, predviđena za ugradnju u zid, na mjestu označenom na nacrtu. U razvodnu tablu je montiran potreban broj osigurača a sve prema jednopolnoj šemi. Razvodna tabla se napaja iz mjernog ormara na fasadi objekta. U ovom ormaru je smješteno brojilo aktivne energije.
U objektu su planirane utičnice sa fiksnim kutijama za ugradnju sa instalacionim kablovima u zidu i djelimično u podu. Utičnice se ugrađuju na visini od 40cm od gotovog poda, a u radnim prostorima i toaletima na visini od 110cm.
Instalacija rasvjete je projektovana prema važećim propisima i preporukama koje tretiraju intenzitet i vrstu rasvjete zavisno od prostora u koji se ugrađuje.
Uključenje rasvjete se vrši lokalno sa lica mjesta običnim, serijskim i izmjeničnim mikrosklopkama koje se montiraju pored ulaza (vrata), na visinu 110cm od gotovog poda.
The main switchboard is a typical switchboard for appartments with space for installing 36 automatic fuses, intended for installation in a wall, at the place indicated in the drawings. Ogrijevno tijelo zadovoljava arhitektonskim, sanitarno-higijenskim, termotehničkim, montažno-građevinskim i ekonomskim zahtjevima. Radijatori proizvođača Vogel&Noot koriste se u cijeloj kući, kako za prostorije za boravak i spavanje tako i za kupaonske prostorije. Radijatori su standardni sa termostatskim ventilom za dvocjevno grijanje te ovjesnim priborom, ispusnom slavinom i ozrakom.
Prostorije kuhinje, ostave, WC i kupatila se ventiliraju prirodno ili vještački. Kad god je to moguće iskorištena je sistem prirodne ventilacije. Ukoliko se koristi mehanička ventilacija objekta, svaka prostorija ima poseban ventilacioni kanal iznad krova.
The heating system meets all architectural, sanitary and hygienic, thermal and technic, prefabricated construction and economic requirements. Radiators manufactured by Vogel & Noot are used throughout the house, both for living rooms, sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Radiators are standard with thermostatic vent pipes for two-pipe heating and suspension equipment, drain taps and deaeration.
Kitchens, pantries, bathrooms and toilets are ventilated naturally or mechanic. Whenever possible natural ventilation is used. If mechanichel ventilation is used every room must have a ventilation channel that exits on the roof.
