Description Problem of the Existing System

(a). Using this software, it saves the time of the hotelier that he use to spend by doing the work manually .(b). It allows the hotelier to record the information within a second and a single click.(c). It allows the hotelier to search a particular record from large amount of records within a few

second.(d). It allows the hotelier to modify the record if he need any modification within few second.(e). The hotelier can delete the records with single click if he want to delete the records.(f). It allows the hotelier to check whether that particular room is full or empty.(g). The hotelier can cancel the reservation of the guest very easily if the guest want to cancel his reservation (h). This software provide very high security to the hotelier that only authorized person can access the records.(i). It prevents the hotelier to spend large amount of paper and pen everytime(j). It prevents the hotelier to enter duplicate records that he use to face manually recording the records

Disadvantages of the software

(a). When the user do not need the information, he has to delete the information to free the database for entering new information

(b). The user has to enter the date manually that means he cannot select the date directly from the drop down menu

(c). The user has to open another form for cancellation

(d). In some form , the user can modify all the guest information but the user cannot modify the room number

This software provides him many advantages and it is very sufficient and user-friendly for any users.
