Job Title Hostess
Purpose of job To handle table reservations, control the flow of guest and seating
them in accordance.
Main task
To check, update and follow up on daily events.
To check and update poster according to meal period.
To handle reservations, enquiries, allocate tables, greet and seat guests.
To have knowledge of menus and beverage list.
Handles customer complaints whenever possible, or reports them to supervisors.
