TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONSThe closest airport to Seaport Hotel is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, Sept. 21. Attendees should plan to arrive in Boston before 8:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 and depart Friday, Sept. 22 after noon EST, when sessions conclude.

CANCELLATIONSCancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made three business days prior to the event. If cancellations are made after that time, or if a registrant does not attend, the full registration fee will be charged.

ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTIONIf you’ve registered for the summit, but can no longer attend and want to send someone in your place, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to [email protected]. You must then register the new attendee online.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITSThis program is eligible for up to 9 contact hours.

In support of improving patient care, Press Ganey is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
