Founded by Delia Passi, former Publisher of Working Mother magazine and responsible for the pinnacle success of the 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers list. She is the author of Winning the Toughest Customer; the Essential Guide to Selling to Women. In 2007, WomenCertified partnered with the Wharton School of Business to conduct the first ever gender-based customer satisfaction study. The groundbreaking results supported the launch of the Women’s Choice Award to provide women with a beacon of empowerment when choosing the best healthcare.

Methodology: In arriving at our award determinations, we use the most recent publicly available information from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as accreditation information from appropriate sources. In some cases we have surveyed thousands of women to determine which measures are most important to them. Our methodology is objective, replicable and uniform. There are no subjective considerations for any of our awards.
