Eat & Best use the best produce, locally sourced wherever possible. We believe in applying our award-winning standards of food and service to all of our products; whether that’s a simple sandwich lunch or a product launch, our attention to detail always applies.

Please find below a carefully selected list of grocery items for your needs. All items below will be ordered through our local supply chain and can be delivered directly to your office on a bi-weekly basis.

Orders for a Monday delivery must be completed by 3.30pm on Thursday afternoon.

Orders for a Wednesday delivery must be completed by 3.30pm on Monday afternoon.

Most of our menu items are designed to be delivered to you on the day by a member of our team, and will be presented on smart disposable platters.

Some options (such as hot drinks) are only available when booked with a staff team - if you are unsure, please do ask.

However, because we do not have seperate, hermetically sealed manufacturing facilities we are unable to guarantee that any item will be entirely free of allergens.

Please note that any advice given on this matter, whether verbal or in writing by any member of the Eat and Best team is still subject to this warning.

Eat & BestCancellation terms 1) Please note that certain menus can be ordered at ’72 hours’ notice and some at ’24 hours’ notice. Where orders are placed outside these guidelines we will not be able to fulfil them and may not be in position to notify you accordingly.

EG; ’72 hour’ - this means if you place a valid order with us by 3.30pm on Monday, we can deliver it to you by the agreed time on Thursday after 11am.

’24 hour’ – this means if you place a valid order with us by 3.30pm on Monday, we can deliver it to you by the agreed time on Tuesday after 11am.

2) Minimum Guest numbers – in order to deliver a consistently high level of hospitality and service we have designed all of our products to work for a minimum of 5 guests. Where indicated, some products are available for as few as 2 guests.

3) Please note that all products are available for delivery to you 30 minutes after our published opening time and 30 minutes before our published closing time. We are happy to accommodate orders outside these times and will provide you with a separate cost for doing so.

4) Cancellation. Where orders are cancelled 14 days in advance, no cost will be incurred and a credit will be applied to your account accordingly. Where orders are cancelled between 7 & 14 days, a 50% cost will be incurred. Where cancelled at 4-7 days a 70% cost will be incurred. For cancellations less than 4 days (96 hours or less), a 100% cost will apply.

5) Please note that where orders are placed for a certain number of guests and this number decreases and said decrease is notified to us in the established written manner, we will accept any such decreases up to 4 days in advance. After this point, we will not accept any decreases to your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee to accommodate any increases to your order placed outside the normal order periods.

6) Where you have an account, Eat & Best will place all orders made by you on this account and send you a receipted confirmation which must be paid in accordance with our 28 day payment terms. Payment made orders later than 28 days will incur a £25 + vat administration cost. Eat & Best reserve the right to apply interest in addition to the administration cost at the rate of 4% above the base rate currently set by the Bank of England.

7) Credit. Please note that credit will not be extended other than on a pre-agreed basis and will only be extended for orders placed in advance in the agreed manner. All transactions in the Butler’s Café area will be on a cash or credit card basis only. Our staff are not

authorized to extend credit terms.

8) Eat & Best cannot guarantee availability of any item which you may have ordered and reserve the right to make a suitable substitution at any time.

9) With regard to allergens, please note our policy. As the orderer you are responsible for making any of your guests aware of this.
