The Certificate II in Kitchen Operations covers the basic skills required in

of current international industry standards and skills students with a wide
range of cookery skills. In addition to studying theoretical components,
students experience hands-on practical tasks in a commercial kitchen with

On successful completion of this qualification you can commence into Intermediate level as a chef with course credits, or enter the workforce as a qualified commercial cook.

Gain practical in-flight experience and simulator training required to pave your way to a rewarding career as a drone pilot.
COURSE DESCRIPTIONThe Certificate III in Aviation is relevant to individuals operating remotely
piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) within visual line of sight (VLOS), below
400 feet above ground level (AGL), in day visual meteorological conditions
(VMC), outside of controlled airspace, greater than their nautical miles
from an aerodrome, outside of populous areas. This qualification is suitable
for students pursuing an aeronautical or aviation profession and require
formal training in the correct flying techniques and operations of drones.
Upon successful completion of the Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot – Visual Line of Sight), students will be eligible to sit for their external CASA license. FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR ESSENTIALSFood Safety Supervisor Essentials is designed to teach you the skills and requirements required to gain employment as a food safety supervisor. Every food related business in Queensland is required by law to have one certified food safety supervisor. This certificate is a basic requirement to oversea the safe production and service of food. This includes practical and theory training within a simulated kitchen environment.
