Introduction The Software is for the automation of Hospital Management. It maintains two levels of users:- Administrator Level & User Level The Software includes:- Maintaining Patient details. Providing Prescription, Precautions and health advice. Providing and maintaining all kinds of tests for a patient. Billing and Report generation. 7. Stakeholders analysis The stakeholders in the hospital are Patients Doctors Financer Policyholders Staff People 8. Feasibility study Technical feasibility the software used is much faster and reliable than its counterparts and its usability makes it ideal for quick access to the hospitals entire records 1. It has a graphical user interface that assists employees that are not from IT background. 2. Scalability and extensibility. 3. Flexibility. 5. According to the organization requirement and the culture. 9. Assumptions Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance without penalty Patient medical history can be viewed by concerned doctors at the hospital with approval of the patient Hospital is covered by insurance policy Staff are assigned roles to interact with the system Staff have basic computer operating skills 10.
