• The recipient of this scholarship must be a graduating senior or postsecondary/collegiate student who is an active member of HOSA.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.• At least one student from each area will receive a scholarship given at least one student applies and

meets all criteria. • Include on your Profile: (see application for full details)
