Annual Meeting ofMembers.

Registering at the Annual Meeting

Convenient courtesy shuttles are provided where necessary. Bus stops are indicated on the parking layout and shuttles will run a continuous loopthroughout the day. To make it easier for youto remember where you left your vehicle, each driver will be given a disposable bracelet color codedspecifically for the stop you boarded the shuttle.

Once you access the Coastal Carolina University Campus via University Blvd. from Highway 544 or Highway 501, you will see signs posted and Horry Electric employees, in orange vests, directing vehicles to the parking areas reserved for the Annual Meeting.

When you enter the HTC Center on the day of theAnnual Meeting, you’ll see signs directing you to a single line for Registration. Employees in blue shirts,will be there to direct you.

After you complete Registration, you’ll be directed into the Arena area.
