Horizon 2014 was one of the biggest festivals held in Mumbai, garnering a crowd of over 25,000 with the Mainstage Music Festival (MMF) and Bollywood Live-In with Nakash Aziz being its main attraction. Horizon hit a new benchmark with the international Dutch sensation Justin Prime making the crowds sway to his beats at MMF, Horizon 2014.

The year saw Horizon 2014 host Bollywood sensation Nakash Aziz. One of the finest crop of the new generation of Bollywood performers, Nakash Aziz arrived fresh from winning the ‘Zee Cine – Fresh voice of the year’ award. Famous for his musical hits like ’ Saari ke fall sa’ , ‘Gandi baat’ and many others, he rocked the crowd with his sensational voice.

Fashion Show & Footloose

One of the highlights of Horizon, the fashion show witnessed a full house for the second of the three night events. This mesmerising show of class and style was followed by the RAIT tradition, the Footloose dance competition. These two events of Horizon are recognized throughout the college grapevine as one of the most successful events of this genre.

The Second Year of Mainstage Music Festival (MMF) saw Horizon 2014 go international. The Dutch sensation Justin Prime graced Horizon 2014 at MMF. The Multi-Platinum artist made the crowd dance to his beats and made it a night to remember.

Day EventsLiving up to its name of 72 hours of madness, 21 day events definitely did not leave a single moment of silence throughout the college campus. Events ranging from The amazing race to Lan gaming to the National level short film competition Agog, Laser tag to Pickleball, these 3 days of madness drew a crowd of over 20,000 over the span of three days.

After the immense success of Horizon 2014, the college spirit is at its peak. This spirit drives us all to raise this level to even greater heights and sustain the international status it has achieved. We hope to consider Horizon 2014 as a yard-stick to future endeavors and achieve greater success in our future projects.
