• Ask the pupils individually to
complete the chart attached, “Hopes for the future, Fears for the future.” You may have to translate this into English. What are the hopes and
fears for the future of the pupils in your class? Please spend some time finding out about their views. There are two activities, to be done, from either your class or groups of pupils. Try to find out how often pupils do, in fact, think about their personal future, or talk about it
ir friends.
• Also ask them to draw a picture
or write about the kind of future that they would like in the world of the future.
• What would they like their
schools to be like if they were at school then? What would the changes be from schools today?
