Terms and Conditions：

A. Places will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis.B. Registration must be made by returning the completed registration form via google link and submitting the payment of HK$800 by

crossed-cheque / bank transfer / remittance. Please send the cross-cheque (Payee: Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center Limited) / the copy of bank in slip or remittance record to the Secretariat of Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center on or before 16 November 2017. Confirmation will be notified by email upon successful registration on 17 November 2017.

C. If you do not receive any email confirmation from the Secretariat by 17 November 2017, your name will be on the wait list. Your submitted cheque will be voided subsequently by the Secretariat if you have not been assigned a place in the captioned event. If your application fee was made by bank transfer / remittance, we will refund the payment to you.

D. If you are not able to attend the captioned event after the receipt of the confirmation email, you are required to inform the Secretariat as soon as you are aware of unavailability on / before the event date by email. No refund will be made after confirmation.

E. MHJMC reserves the right to accept/reject the registration.F. If typhoon signal no.8 / above or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted and not lowered by 4pm, the event will be cancelled/postponed.

Rescheduled date/time/venue will be announced in due course.G. The event is subject to change at any time without liability.
