Some Textbook definitions.

1. Divisible by: When a number is divided by another number and the remainder is 0.

4. Prime number: A number with exactly two factors, 1 and the number itself.

5. Composite number: A whole number with factors other than itself and 1

Locker instructions for today

• You may purchase a locker today at the end of the hall near Mr. Clutters class.• You must have 6$ in exact change or check.• They will give you a receipt to bring to me.• I will give you a locker card and you will sign a sheet showing what locker is yours.• You will then find your birthdate in your agenda and write your locker number and

combination on that date in your agenda. This is an easy place for you to find your locker number and combination in case you forget.

• You may only go into the hall and practice opening your locker after you have put your locker number and combination in your agenda. My lockers are all just before or just after Ms. Parkers class.)

• We will not start using them until Monday of next week. (Do NOT put anything in your locker today.)

Bear Time

• I take up your Bear times every Friday. Have all the Bear times for the week sitting on your desk. (This week we only did Bear time on Monday and Thursday.)• Starting today I will be stamping your agenda that you wrote down what

was under the Homework sign on my front board. Make sure your agenda is on your desk for me to sign. • You need to remove everything else from the top of your desk except for

your Agenda, Bear Time, scratch paper and something to write with.• When you are finished with your quiz give it to your teacher and then

come and get your assignment from yesterday out of the plastic basket.
